O'Brian's helmet is reflective because he is hiding his infection. Boozer refused to go with sarah so deacon stayed with boozer. Cars jam pack the roads, so bikes are more convenient.
As for whether or not it's contagious, it explains it has spread through dna "saliva, blood, semen" and it had evolved exponentially since then leaving the possibility that it lost its infectious abilities. Also there's the possibility that the people who are left are all conviently immune.
Also the spying missions on Nero. For them to find freakers with new jewlergy or feces with plant life means they are far different from just zombies. It's more about the lore than just playing the game for the sake of getting to the end. I also think Skizzo was warming up to Deacon, but betrayed him because he prioritized the camp more.
Yeah. Plus it explains the secret ending you can get with Obrian. I mean it explains for me why he wants to know what NERO knows about the virus because NERO was being secretive even internally.
Yah, exactly. This and Cinema Sins are pretty dumb, they miss a lot of things that would nullify sins or that are actual sins. No wonder this video is half-ratioed.
I feel like most of the information was uninspired, and in-congruent with the actual game. There is basically 2 big reveals about the zombies and that is that they are evolving and becoming more intelligent. It's obvious they are evolving physically by the different freaker types and as for them becoming smarter they left some things to be desired. You can see they diversify their diet because they hunt animals but they go so far as to say they hold on to personal affects, but there is no clear indication of this or their intelligence, even dying light had zombies that could speak short sentences.
@@carlotorralba4491 It would be interesting if you saw the information you gathered amount to something. The idea of Nero coming back in full force is interesting but it doesn't make a whole lot of sense with so little context to go off of.
if we do get a sequel, imagine how crazy the boss fights must be in those..:) like, imagine the first boss battle being even crazier than fighting a hulked out zombie guarding the one thing you need to save your best friend's life..O_O
SomeAustrianGuy a bunch of missions that make no sense and are super boring unless you pay attention to the story, the whole time I was taking down hordes and gaining trust, just to upgrade my bike
The one true sin that I have seen in this game is that throughout the game the militia is suspicious of deacon having relations with Sarah but no one puts 2 and 2 together despite deacon having her literal name tattooed on his neck and never hiding it.
I’m with you. I love Deke and Boozer, the grumbling and self talk. I do it all the time, especially if someone cuts me off on the freeway. This game is amazing, and I keep hoping the rumors there won’t be a 2 are wrong.
I honestly don’t care what anyone says about this game, and what they think is wrong with it. I heavily enjoyed this game, and it’s amazing. It’s definitely in the Top 10 best games I’ve ever played, and probably the best zombie game I’ve ever played.

@@christopherc326 Before he was known as Carlos, Jessie used to know Deacon and Boozer long before the apocalypse. Jessie always held a grudge against them, as they picked on and pushed him around. His contention with his fellow bikers led to him murdering a fellow member over drugs. The club president Jack punished Jessie by having his Mongrels painfully removing his MC tattoo via welding torch while Deacon and Boozer held Jessie down, before excommunicating him from the MC. This traumatic incident led to Jessie wanting to be "free" of the scars and memories that weighed him down throughout his life. This became possible when the apocalypse began. Days Gone fandom
@Mark Astifw considering days gone is only two years old. We can believe there is a good chance we are going to get a second one. That O'Brian reveal is to big of a cliff hanger not to give a sequel lol
The reason Deacon cant swim in the game is because he has PTSD from a Humvee roll-over where it landed into a lake where he puled out 10 of his dead comrades and its explained later in the game that swimming makes him remember that moment
This is your only video I've seen where I can legitimately create a counterargument for almost every sin. It was like there was a mini debate team in my head while watching this. And I suck at arguing, so that's saying something. I love your videos, but I seriously feel like the majority of this was just nitpicking.

It's not supposed to be a serious review. Why would anybody think that about a video that starts with "Everything Wrong With"? Something that only lists complaints for every single video isn't trying to actually influence your opinion.
Yeah it's not as if it could have been his daughter or his mom right ? I like how some people can moan about something being stupid when they infact are often the ones not smart or have enough common sense to see very obvious explanations
That wasn't nearly the worst part. Deacon never asked why Kouri was wearing Sarah's (Deacon's) ring. I think it was production problems. The game seemed to heavily imply that she was cheating on him at first. Kouri had her ring even though that wasn't allowed within camp, meaning it must have had some major significance to him to be willing to break the rules for, because why else would a task focused soldier wear some random mongrel ring. Furthermore, Sarah often seemed to have ''Oh shit!'' moments whenever she accidentally called the Colonel Matt instead of Colonel in the presence of Deacon, and she downright got immediately defensive over it the one time he asked; ''Matt?''. Adding that to the fact that she didn't give a shit about him after their reunion, choosing her work over him without even a second's hesitation, it was all very cheater-esque. It feels like one of those games that had a ton of ideas half written into the story before then deciding to revamp it, but then ran into its release deadline and had no time to smooth over the change. I've done three full playthroughs, and it still bugs me to hell that these questions were never asked or answered by either the game itself or Deacon within it. I feel this game was 80% missed potential when it came to story. The graphics, music and gameplay make it worth playing, but the story was such a cliche, safe, letdown.
@@TheStraightestWhitest if 99% of the world turns to flesh eating zombies and you haven't your husband for over 2 years and think him dead, is it still cheating? while that's a good point, it's kind of irrelevant unless she was getting parts for the same make and model truck anyway. You can't take the gearbox of a specific truck and stick it on any other vehicle for example. That applies to pretty much every useful part of a vehicle. Take it from someone who's actually worked on cars and spent a whole college term rebuilding a classic mini owned by the teacher.
@@SA80TAGE Iron Mike has a V8 as the engine on his bike, you can swap parts from vehicle to vehicle without it being make and model specific. Years ago, I pulled an engine out of truck and had it running in a car fairly easy. Hell, someone LS swapped a Tesla or Tesla motor swapped into an old honda

20 seconds and I already know you didn't play the game enough lol. Yes, there's a cut scene missing you see it later, and yeah O'Brian is a pivotal role on the story and his mask too...
I'm near the end of the game and know there's a true ending after the credits but nothing about it specifically. Considering you said his mask is pivotal I'm going to guess he's an evolved freaker - based on the fact he told Deacon that they are evolving. I already guessed the twist of who made the virus, which was pretty obvious after the first couple of flashback scenes, so I'm looking forward to seeing if I'm right about O'Brian. I had another theory about him earlier being someone else in disguise but that's since been proven wrong (I won't detail it for the sake of spoilers).
lot of ppl enjoyed the game , its dumb reviews like this that ruined the game sales and now we're not getting a sequal , i mean the difference between users reviews and press reviews in metacritics give you all what you need , the PC version have 8.9 users reviews and ps4 8.4 with more then 10k ppl voting
When Sarah killed that guard and Deacon looked at Sarah in disbelief I didn't think he was judging her. I took it as he was shocked at how ruthless the outbreak had made her. This is a different Sarah than Deacon knew when he last saw her. She's been through a lot too. If anything she should be shocked at how Deacon can kill so many infected and alive people ruthlessly with melee weapons. All she did was shoot 1 dude.

Yeah this guy clearly wasn't paying attention to a lot of details when he was playing this game. But I guess that's what happens when you play a game and are constantly looking for ways to nitpick.
I’m pretty sure there is a explanation for everything he counted as a sin. The game was pretty good. If you play it yourself you would see that a lot of the game actually makes sense and is enjoyable
Sin 9 is actually explained in the game very thoroughly. Sin 22, if you actually listened to them maybe you'd hear them explain THE VIRUS. Sin 29, again... if you just listened, you'd learn that the virus, in the beginning, had like %100 infection rate and spread very fast to the World because of a science convention. Sin 121- Not sure about this but I think viruses can mutate backwards.
Viruses don't devolve It doesn't make any sense for a virus to be 100% infectious at one point, and then, without any form of vaccine, or any way for a person to develop a resistance to the virus, it suddenly becomes less effective, when in reality, it should've become more effective It's just a plot hole that's there because the writers were too lazy to actually read about how viruses work, so they just threw some generic science bogus and called it a day
28:50 Regarding Skizzo talking selling out Deacon and telling the colonel about a tattoo on his back to prove he knows him: "Deacon has several tattoos all over his body that can be seen. Details he couldn't have known without having seen it.
@Dutch van der Linde That ending is in the video, what are you talking about, the thing is that is so obvious that the game is hinding his face for a twist latter

Do you play this game with the volume on 0? During the fourth sin you are literally showing footage of Deacon and Boozer arguing about how there’s only one seat left on the chopper and neither wants to leave the other one behind.
Thats still stupid though. Deacon is perfectly fine and more then capable of surviving on his own as we come to see, there was literally no reason whatsoever for Boozer not to get on the helicopter other then the plot demanding it.
GentlemenZay it would’ve ended boozer as a character he’d have been in the game for literally 2 seconds as everyone without fed clearance would’ve been left to die in the one refugee camp boozers like deacons Ellie a companion you are supposed to grow attached to through the game and he was probably my favorite character in the whole game though the militia leader was cool cause how crazy he was
GentlemenZay Again they literally argue over how neither wants to leave the other behind. Deacon even tries to trick Boozer into getting on the plane (by telling Boozer “Your next, Im right behind you”)but he doesn’t (because he overheard they was only room for one more).

Detcord ( basically plastic tubing filled with explosive ) is used between explosive charges to make them all explode at the same time. It does not have to be precisely measured as it burns or rather explodes at speed of 6400 m/s. You are thinking of a fuse (tube filled with black powder) which on the other hand burns slowly and is used to initiate a explosive chain and the length of which dictates how soon will the explosive chain be initiated. I was a combat engineer :)
In fact number 21 Deacon actually learns alot, in the mission where Deacon shows Iron Mike the horde near lost lake he gives idea to seal the cave by exploding the entrance, He makes this idea when he heard the NERO researcher talk about the hibernation
You brought up a lot of things I hadn’t considered, but Deacon did try to trick Boozer into getting on the helicopter, but Boozer said he heard O’Brian say that there was only room for 2. Neither would get on the helicopter without the other.
It is crearly stated that Boozer would not go anywhere without Deacon. That's why he didn't go in the chooper in the first scene. Damn, Deacon even says it out loud to Sarah. Were you even paying attention?
He likely knew that dumbass. He was saying it is easier (which it is) to put boozer and Sarah on the flight since boozer was also injured. It helps to have an actual brain you know?

One of the coolest things this game did but also one of the biggest sins was the final mission to take Sarah back. If you skipped doing the jobs for the other camps, no one shows up to help. If you got 3 star for one, you got a different cutscene when help comes and if you got both camps to 3 stars, you’d have a whole gang of people helping and the cutscenes at the end are different too. There's a purpose for listening to all the NERO recorders. They explain a lot of things that happened and answer half the questions you ask.

I've done three full playthroughs, and it still bugs me to hell that these questions were never asked or answered by either the game itself or Deacon within it.

but Deacon did try to trick Boozer into getting on the helicopter, but Boozer said he heard O’Brian say that there was only room for 2. Neither would get on the helicopter without the other.

This is the cliche of zombie games. You can predict exactly what’s going to happen lmao. It’s like a 5 year old produced their dream zombie game 😂
Thats the shittiest defense I've heard for crap writing. Seek help loser
It is crearly stated that Boozer would not go anywhere without Deacon. That's why he didn't go in the chooper in the first scene. Damn, Deacon even says it out loud to Sarah. Were you even paying attention?
I think he's just saying it would have been easier for Deacon to make it out by himself instead of being saddled with an injured Boozer
He likely knew that dumbass. He was saying it is easier (which it is) to put boozer and Sarah on the flight since boozer was also injured. It helps to have an actual brain you know?
emarythomp yeah but that would’ve destroyed a fair portion of the game and boozer would’ve died it’s boozers choice not deacons therefore the character boozer had the personality of no I’m not going to leave since you aren’t
Aaron La I legit think he plays the game with the volume on ‘0’. I mean, the footage he shows is literally of the two of them arguing about how there was one seat left on the chopper and neither wanted to leave the other one behind.

I'm certain he made this video just to trigger the 70% of people who actually loved the game :/
For the "everyone rides motorcycles" sin, I'm pretty sure it's justified because there are cars everywhere, and there are like five tunnels backed up that you could only get through by walking or a motorcycle. I think everyone just found it more convenient
Also, they're much more fuel efficient and from a mechanical perspective, easier to work on and repair.

I got this game on release day and did not once experience any of the buggy things you mentioned.
I did. Oh and many crashes
I've had Boozer's textures not loading, my saddlebags stopped working so I couldn't retrieve the ammo from them, sound desync and framerate drops (my fault for not owning a PS4 Pro), and my favourite of all, a character who's body did not load at all, so he was just a floating head that was smoking a magically flying cigarette
I am blown away by how many issues everyone is having. My game has been running smooth as butter since launch day and I dont have a pro
I have the original ps4 and the only problems ive had is the frames drop sometimes qnd it rarely freezes for a few seconds and one cutscene had no audio and some of thr infestation missions wont complete but thats a easy fix other than that ive enjoyed the game hell ive loved it
The only bugs I found were freaks in the ground.
I had always just assumed that the people who we left after everyone else got infected just had a natural immunity, but neuro personnel we're all evacuated ahead of time and so there's a probability of them getting infected, because not all of them may be immune.
I really liked this game. It was simple not super complicated but still fun to explore. The hoard fights were such a rush. There's few things in games that get my heart pounding but fighting a hoard in the early game is so challenging and filled with tension.

Idgaf, it was a GREAT GAME! I LOVED IT! It had a good story. After the main story is over... You’re not done! Not only can you finish what you missed, you GET MORE MISSIONS that complete the storyline. I’m a storyline guy and this had it. Takes about 7-10 days to beat if you play a few hours a day.

Yeah you can tell most people who complain went in after reading the reviews and were looking for issues. Great and fun game. This will be re-rated in a couple years as great. Bugs are always in games. Most of the complaints (sins) are because it's a video game and not real life lol

But the biggest sin was them having to cut the last mission into basically the end.

Re: #29 I agree with Jack Cordial.
Re: The “incident” with Deacons arm. A few points... “A” He had direct access to a camp Doctor at Lost Lake Camp; and “B” Better antibiotics than Boozer initially did. It was Days(Possibly Weeks) before he knew there was an issue with Boozer’s arm because he wouldn’t let Deacon look at it!. Deacon Tried repeatedly to get him to go to either Copeland’s or Tuck’s Camp for treatment. But Boozer resisted going; choosing instead to “Tough it out.” After Deacon was burned, he got himself treated immediately at Lost Lake Camp. And I’m sure got follow check up’s on his arm by Addy.
Secondly: Think about this, every time “a certain individual” (His name begins with an S) was ‘nice’ to Deacon he was usually asking Deacon to do something risky that could Endanger the the truce between Lost Lake and Carlos. He wasn’t just Bi-Polar; he was trying to play Deacon.
