@jamielgreen1009 while yes,she has learned a lot in 4 years which caused her to start at this quality, Had she just started imperfectly, just by creating videos and trial and error, she would have learned a LOT more;after all, half a decade is a long time
"Climb the cringe mountain," and "You're just going to have to suck at it for a while," she says, while speaking so articulately and making such good videos right off the bat.
hahah thank you, but this channel is a result of everything I learned from making content for many years on different platforms. I sucked other places, you just can't see it here!

You could call this Action Paralysis, Intellectual Procrastination, Perpetual Student Syndrome, or Productive Procrastination - they all mean the same thing! And I’m pleased to report I’m in the thick of it right now.
I feel so lucky to live in an era of the internet when creators like you are talking about concepts like this in such an accessible way. Thanks for this great video!
@@theoryofone omg thank you so much 🥹 I’ve seen you pop up on my recommended a few times now and I always watch. It’s about time I became a subscriber!! Can’t wait for the next one!
Thank u so much...with my ADHD I was a permanent resident at base camp for years now...😢😢😢....base camp was a basement for me....😑😑😑.....I loved ur analogy...cuz everyone says the same thing...and it didn't help me at all....but I will change my thinking like this...and we'll see🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank you. Actually, your videos have been changing my life. I'm glad you have started making and sharing them. This one, in particular, was a turning point because 'Cringe Mountain' relates to the way I've always thought about starting something new and never putting it into practice, but I couldn't name it before your video.
Residing at the base camp for about 10 years now. Lost out my 20s there. I’m sitting here with my climbing boots and gear but haven’t started climbing yet. Thanks for this video. Hopefully I start, and this serves as a positive push. And hopefully I don’t leave basecamp the other way around.
Truly another peace of gold advice from you! And so well visualized! Helps me a ton and I'm so looking forward seing you climb the mountain and share your adventure with us! 🥰
This video hits me so hard 🥲 I definitely have been very comfortable, although very frustrated, in a tent at base camp for at least 2 years. Can’t count how many times I have filmed and just not did anything with it.
Love this! I‘m adopting the cringe mountain analogy right now. I took my first step onto the mountain last week, but the mountain feels soo big and I‘m not warmed up yet, so I really needed something to keep me motivated. This analogy is perfect, I’m actually pumped to climb this mountain now because I want to prove to myself I can do it and I want to get to the land of cool! Instantly subscribed, can‘t wait to follow along on your journey! :)
How funny, I find this video just after I got out of Base Camp! It felt exactly like this, sitting there and doing all these detailed researches, and never really acting on it!
Idk why the hell you haven't received the love and subscribers you deserve 🙂❤ you truly have of the best, unique and authentic content on RUclips. Just wanted to let you know that success is on its way✨
one of my favourite quotes is from adventure time: "dude, sucking at something is the first step toward being sorta good at something"
You didn't waste 4 years. Your videos have started at a very high level of quality.
I would like to see her debate this cause you're correct

Sounds Aussie like Struthless. Cool
To be fair, your videos probably wouldn’t be this good without all that time in the base camp
I think there is a balance. Would these videos be as good as they are if you hadn’t done the four years of ..
That was great!
Is something similar to Paralysis by analysis.
A Matt D’Avella alumni I see.
