Shiitake mushroom egg stir-fry recipe.

- 🔔 Stir-fried oyster mushrooms and eggs. (1T=rice spoon)
2 oyster mushrooms (200g), 3 eggs, 20g green onions, ⅓T salt, ½T mirin, 1T + 1T cooking oil, ½T minced garlic (5g), 1T oligosaccharide, 1T soy sauce, ½T myeolchi aekjeot, ½T sesame oil.
✨ Stir-fried oyster mushrooms and eggs. (Refer to the video for the detailed recipe.)
1. Slice oyster mushrooms and green onions.
2. Mix 3 eggs (special), 1/3T salt, 1/2T mirin.
3. When the pan is preheated, add 1T cooking oil, eggs, and cook over very low heat.
4. Transfer eggs to a plate. 5. Add 1T cooking oil and 1/2T minced garlic (5g) to the pan and stir-fry over high heat.
Stir-fry for 10 seconds when you hear a sizzling sound.
6. Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
7. Add 1T oligosaccharide, 1T soy sauce, and 1/2T myeolchi aekjeot and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
8. Add eggs and stir-fry for 10 seconds.
9. Turn off the heat and mix in 1/2T sesame oil.
