First discovered this series at my library, and soon after stumbled upon "Peter Grill and the Philosopher's Time" which is another harem series where the guy has a true love but other women go after him. But in Peter Grill, he actually "does things" with the other women, and after seeing this series where it's literally "!@$# or die"/"Survival of the species", and the guy still doesn't go with it, I just found Peter Grill refreshing that they don't do that trope in it. So if you have time, please check it out.

This is literally the premise of Blue gender if it turned into a H show.....faster than the actual show did

Sadly, thanks to everyone involved ruining this anime outside the manga artist, we'll likely never see a season 2, a functional dub, or really anything decent come out of an actually SMART Harem series. Sounds like the MCU alright.
