    I love these videos, it gives me a great understanding of the challengers and experts of linguistics Line.
    Great work.

    Definitely More fun than offshore. Offshore can be alot of sitting and waiting. Also I chopped my vertical stab off on a 206L-3 on startup. The wind gust decided to hit right on the 2-3 rev. And not enough rpm to stand up. But then had to sit and wait forever to get repairs done. - our policy, we couldn’t have someone hold the blade and let it go at the precise time like some others will allow.

      Broom starting back in the day was successful. But that was only an emergency measure. If the wind is that bad, just don't try to fly. I love the rigid rotor design of the BO 105/BK 117. Got about 5 or 6 k hrs in them. The Bell 222 UT was a nice aircraft as well with the 540 rotor system. It flew like a Cadillac with a/c blowin' ice balls out the gaspars. 👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸 🦜🐦

    Looks like a lot more fun than flying offshore. Somewhat more stressful though. Two engines please (and I would swear a lot more) Skills bro! Respect!

      More? Has anyone even had a dual engine failure? And not due to running out of fuel, which more engines won't save you from.

      I do not own the aircraft no. It is owned by the company I work for and I've been flying in Norway since 2013. Its been good :)

    Pretty nice vid. Are there some things I can do just some years before starting flight school? Is there something important to know about getting the medical class test? Also about my mathematics, physics and English skills? (English isn't my native language, as you may recognize😂)

    • @UpsideDownWash
      @UpsideDownWash  4 года назад

      I would first of all just take a class 1 medical test to see that you can pass it. Mathematics and physics aren't used that much but it never hurts:) i would try to study a little meteorology as that is seen by many as one of the hardest subjects. And maybe also read some about aerodynamics and mechanical knowledge. It is not necessary but it would definetly lighten your workload during flight school.

      @@UpsideDownWash thank you for your answer! I just read the FFA Helicopter Handbook many times. Metereology seems interesting, I m going to search for a good book about it.. Is it difficult to pass the medical test? Should I go for a run every day to stay fit or stuff like that😂 ok, I do sport in freetime and care about not getting glasses, also to eat healthy, don't know what I should do too..

    • @UpsideDownWash
      @UpsideDownWash  4 года назад +4

      No the medical test is just too see that you are in normal condition and don't have any heart disease or ear problems (balance), or slight colorblindness or things that some people have but don't know about. But I would run and stay fit for sure! :) that will help your performance in many ways when you start flying 👍 but the medical exam will go fine!

      @@UpsideDownWash that's nice to read, thank you. So don't really worry about it..💪 So I probably just need the money to pay the lisenz...😂

    Can you tell me what was the distance between the place you took the bags and the one where you brought them? I want to make an estimate for a job I may have to do. Many thanks!

    • @UpsideDownWash
      @UpsideDownWash  3 года назад +1

      I thinks it's like 1.5 - 1.8 km straight line.

      @@UpsideDownWash Thank you very much: that's approximately the distance of my situation, so that I can consider the cycle time almost equal to yours!

    Why long line that stuff instead of belly hook?

    • @UpsideDownWash
      @UpsideDownWash  2 года назад

      We don't use belly hooks. And also because of where they were delivered

      Not with this short line. If we use a really long line like 45m and above, then it can sometimes be helpful. thank you:)
