    • @johnmorris7815
      @johnmorris7815 Год назад +11

      Ah you mean the sound sequence that was stolen by Hollywood and used for every helicopter startup ever since even if the helicopter in question happens to be a piston? Yes I rather like that noise too.

    Brilliant Brilliant Brilliant. I will always remember my first solo in a R22 never forget how it lifted to the hover at less manifold pressure and hung left skid low as for there being less weight and my fantastic instructor Capt. George Kelson what a Guy Owe him everything

    Beth. What a joy it was to watch you fly this evening. You have the “touch” to fly helicopters! Excellent control and a beautiful job of hovering and air taxiing! I love the way you continually scan the area as you fly.
    May you always have clear skies and a wonderful career.
    I’m a Dual-rated pilot and always enjoyed helicopter flying when I could get it. The Bell 206L-3 and 412 are my faves.
    God bless and looking forward to seeing more vids of you!

    This to me is absolutely magical. The meticulous planning and going over the pre-flight checklist; all so demanding and requiring of laser focus, not to mention fantastic co-ordination, all necessary to make it happen. Yeah, the final payoff is nothing less than magic. But myself, being of modest means besides being more UN-coordinated than anyone I know, (plus being a daft old guy), precludes me from ever attempting anything so noble as this. Fun to vicariously enjoy the thrill, though!
    Brava to you, Beth!
    I'm sure many delightful experiences and joyful hours in the air await you!
