Girl: Do you want to come back to my house tonight? Karl: Nahi chahiye Ji. Karl's Wife: *Breaching Pakistan border carrying lath* Ps. The same thing is happening online on a MASSIVE scale. I met a taxi driver in Pakistan who showed me his "foreign girlfriend" and I had to tell him to please don't talk to her, that it's a scam.
I wouldn't even fall for that in my own country. No way in hell a woman with good intentions is going to walk up to a man, without even knowing them, and ask the man to come back to their place. Same more than likely goes for women being approached by men too.

The lady took my father and his 3 friends to her appartment , as soon as the entered the living room , someone from outside locked the door and the real nightmare began , the lady started demanding Money and threatned to scream and file molestation / rape case against all of them if my father and his friends refused to pay . Great advice! I know someone (seriously not me) who went to Vegas for work and picked up 2, supposedly Turkish, girls on holiday at a night club. He took them back to his room, you know, for stimulating conversations about world affairs and a game of chess. When he woke in the LATE morning he discovered he'd been drugged and his valuables were missing. So since then, every once in a while, I ask him if he wants me to pick up lunch and when he asks what I'm getting I always say, a Turkey sandwich. He declines every time.
I would imagine that Karl doesn't want to be overly negative here. But there are even MORE sinister things that could very well happen to you in that situation. As another poster said, even in the U.S., I'd never fall for that. If a strange woman approached me in the grocery store and within a couple of minutes asked me back to her house, I'd get the heck away from her, fast. I think it's very, very unlikely that she wouldn't have very sinister intentions.

Women in general do not like being turned down. Ever hear the saying, "A woman scorned?" LOL But ya, had the same experiences myself, even where I live. Always protect yourself bro! Always have evidence of an interaction/encounter. Even exchanging numbers, text messaging, social media, etc. If you don't hear back then you may have dodged a bullet. That's why it's so hard for women to flirt with men nowadays. It's because more and more of us men are aware of these dangers. Societally it doesn't help.

Karl is an India-based influencer in Islamabad. This was not a scam; it was almost certainly a honey-pot. The Pakistani security services do this all the time to affluent or influential visitors from around the world, or even if you know or have access to somebody influential. I can attest to this first hand, as can several expat, military, and diplomat friends. Being able to gain leverage over a well-liked, India-based RUclipsr would be absolute gold for them.
stop being ridiculous they don't give a toss about food tourist youtubers, and this guy promotes Pakistan and always talks about scammers in India so Pak establishment would hardly be annoyed by that would they!
It can get worse... People get kidnapped & held for ransom, even ki/led! Especially foreign travellers (regardless of nationality and which country they're in), but also anybody... Oof. Scary stuff!
I hope she was trying to scam you and wasn't just lonely lol. My only thought was she figured as a foreigner you would be more likely to hang out with someone of the opposite gender and she probably can't be seen with a man in public so that's why she invited you to her place. But the chances of that are low.
There is a 4th scenario which happens in India: While she and you are engaged in love-making, a "cop" walks in and arrests you unless you "bribe" him a couple thousand $$$.
Karl, thank you for your tip especially the one where you take a selfie or a photograph with the suspect, plus let someone else know your GPS location.
This scam is very common in turkey too. I got approached by a very beautiful lady to hangout with her luckily I knew the scam managed to avoid her by saying that I’m gay (but I’m not) 😂

It might not be funny at all. These people work as a criminal enterprise, so she has co-conspirators. You could find yourself in real trouble. Best advice is don't stir that honey pot.
Years ago, this use to happen quite frequently, and it might happen again in any city as business travel picks up in 2023. Young ladies working in pairs, standing far apart, would be in the hotel lobbies, watching the check in counter, looking for men traveling solo on business (a trade show or a convention would be held nearby) . When a 'victim' is spotted heading for the elevator, the ladies would follow him in, making small talk with him, asking how his day was, etc., and then say 'instead of having overpriced tasteless hotel food, we know some nice restaurants nearby, why don't you join us for dinner, just for dinner and nothing else.' If the man agrees to just a 'dinner outside,' the ladies would work their tactics, suggest or change, the location of having dinner outside to have dinner (pizza, take out, etc.,) in the ladies' hotel room. Then the ladies will 'slowly' try to get him to agree to 'entertainment or drinks' after dinner. Trying to get his guard down. Once he warms up & agrees, then he has fallen into their trap and anything could happen behind closed doors. (If he refuses, and they push too much, warning bells should go off for the man; he should not go to his room, but instead return to the check in floor, call the front desk/security.) Pro-tip - staying at 3 or 5-star hotels, dress down a bit, a clean polo shirt, khakis, leave the fancy jewelry at home, etc.; let your credit card associated with the hotel do the talking for you. But don't over do it with t-shirt, muscle shirt, shorts, flip-flops. Thanks for reading. Stay safe. :) 12 Nov 2022.

Dubai is very popular with this indeed, heard even the government records persons of interest to blackmail them into serving their interests. Heard of people got recorded in their hotel room with their wives...

ikr
Daamn bro... That offer was a bit tempting n scary.... But glad that u r here to show us the right path🔥🔥
Being able to gain leverage over a well-liked, India-based RUclipsr would be absolute gold for them.
stop being ridiculous they don't give a toss about food tourist youtubers, and this guy promotes Pakistan and always talks about scammers in India so Pak establishment would hardly be annoyed by that would they!

ridiculous! they don't do that, and even then he's not worth there time
Very well said Karl. Good information. Like the SELFIE idea to try on them 😊
Good call Karl... Maybe she might be some agent. Stay safe .
It can get worse... People get kidnapped & held for ransom, even ki/led! Especially foreign travellers (regardless of nationality and which country they're in), but also anybody... Oof. Scary stuff!
when someone stares at me, I fight the awkwardness and stare back and to make them feel more awkward ( to assert dominance )
I hope she was trying to scam you and wasn't just lonely lol. My only thought was she figured as a foreigner you would be more likely to hang out with someone of the opposite gender and she probably can't be seen with a man in public so that's why she invited you to her place. But the chances of that are low.
'She could tell I was foreign even though I was wearing the traditional costume'...you are blonde and blue eyed bro😀 Good advice about the selfie.
I got approached by a very beautiful lady to hangout with her luckily I knew the scam managed to avoid her by saying that I’m gay (but I’m not) 😂
Thank you so much for making these vids
People have been complaining about a crypto broker that can help in trading.I discovered a renowned broker & recommend Investor Maria Margaret Powers, for more details you can have a quick look of her name online to see for yourself.
What's the restaurant would you recommend to try in Islamabad? Going there soon.
Thx
I think dear you have must go for monal restaurant Nd lasania restaurant Rawalpindi sadar his food is really amazing Nd college road food saver must try🙏
Video was nice brother, helpful for young guys travelling
So true! you have to get a simple selfie done with you! Once you pick it up. It would be pretty funny to ask follow-up questions and totally mess with them.
It might not be funny at all. These people work as a criminal enterprise, so she has co-conspirators. You could find yourself in real trouble. Best advice is don't stir that honey pot.
Please keep us posted about your court case, we are worried about you. Sending positive thoughts 🤍🤍🤍🤍
Hey Nana. I will. I'm just editing an update video right now actually. Will release it in a day or two. Thanks for your support ♥
When a 'victim' is spotted heading for the elevator, the ladies would follow him in, making small talk with him, asking how his day was, etc., and then say 'instead of having overpriced tasteless hotel food, we know some nice restaurants nearby, why don't you join us for dinner, just for dinner and nothing else.'
If the man agrees to just a 'dinner outside,' the ladies would work their tactics, suggest or change, the location of having dinner outside to have dinner (pizza, take out, etc.,) in the ladies' hotel room. Then the ladies will 'slowly' try to get him to agree to 'entertainment or drinks' after dinner. Trying to get his guard down. Once he warms up & agrees, then he has fallen into their trap and anything could happen behind closed doors.
(If he refuses, and they push too much, warning bells should go off for the man; he should not go to his room, but instead return to the check in floor, call the front desk/security.)
Pro-tip - staying at 3 or 5-star hotels, dress down a bit, a clean polo shirt, khakis, leave the fancy jewelry at home, etc.; let your credit card associated with the hotel do the talking for you. But don't over do it with t-shirt, muscle shirt, shorts, flip-flops.
Thanks for reading.
Stay safe. :) 12 Nov 2022.
Thanks Karl for these advices...
Plot Twist: This story was an Ad paid for by 'Hatim Grocery Store' to promote their fabulous elaichi!
I won't have this problem. If I do get approached by some kid of miracle, I would say "girl, you'd better change these glasses!" 🤣
Great vid, Karl, I'm glad to see someone so positive about Pakistan. I never knew there are those types of scams in Pakistan.
Good thing I don't know Urdu or Punjabi, so I can escape quickly from things like that.
My uncle died after meeting a black widow in Thailand.
They drugged him and left him on the beach.
Great that you share these scams Karl 😎👌
Very helpful video. Thanks a lot Karl.
If you fall for this scam you'd be lucky if they only steal your wallet and not your kidneys
Love your stuff bro Namaste 🙏
Oh man, Imma sooo going to Pakistan! This is so appealing!😂😂
On a serious note, great tips sprinkled all over the vlog🤓 good going bro!🌚
Yeah take the girl home lol
This one is a rude version of "tea/wine time scam", the polite one are young and attractive girl asking you to go to a bar, coffee shop, or tea shop with you and telling "how attractive you are and wants to go out with you" and then you get billed extremely overpriced tea/coffee/wine
Dubai is very popular with this indeed, heard even the government records persons of interest to blackmail them into serving their interests. Heard of people got recorded in their hotel room with their wives...
let ne guess where you heard it from aljazeera?
Great stuff Karl! Love your videos.
