Boa Tarde Rafael, Sim, eu estou apoiado nesta primeira interpretação, mas não descarto que a 2ª opção também exista, porque estamos em debate no Twitter já algumas semanas, praticamente desde a IN 131/18 da PF, que deu a normativa de 2 armas por pessoa, e estamos tentando derrubar essa postura restritiva para que não conste isso no decreto, e muita distorção há no assunto, nós participamos do debate no Twitter com Carlos Bolsonaro e Eduardo Bolsonaro com O Bene Barbosa, expomos alguns pontos muito importantes, um desses pontos é a hoplofobia (aversão a armas, é doença), e o dano que causa a disseminação dessa doença na sociedade, um desses danos é impregnar nas pessoas essa fobia por armas a ponto de degenerar a capacidade natural do ser humano de se defender! Isso interessa e muito para a dominação da Nação para os sociopatas totalitários mundiais! Me assombra é ver notáveis usando discursos hoplofóbicos até criminosos culpando a sociedade de estar desviando finalidade e armando as Facções criminosas! Dizer isso é um ato criminoso, uma generalização difamatória e caluniosa contra a sociedade que é refém do crime organizado e quer se defender, fazendo uso legítimo do direito fundamental de preservação da vida pela legítima defesa! Qualquer projeção generalizada de crime que não aconteceu para incriminar a sociedade como irresponsável, como criminosa, ou que seja a fomentadora do crime organizado, ofende profundamente a classe social armamentista, que não são meia dúzia de pessoas, mas somamos uma grande multidão de pessoas que queremos ter o acesso as armas de fogo para a pratica da legítima defesa!
E por nós estarmos debatendo isso alguns já nos acusaram de estar contra o Bolsonaro, e isso não é verdade, pois nós CACs, militares da reserva, toda o contingente patriótico, policiais patriotas, apoiamos e trabalhamos dia e noite na campanha para eleger Bolsonaro, nós não podemos deixar que hoplofóbicos venham a editar decretos restritivos.
Sim, Rafael ao conversar com você percebo que não foi a sua intenção, claramente que não, mas nós que estamos de frente com o problema e aguardando a definição do governo frente aos ministros que foram empossados, queremos deixar claro que a presunção com viés ideológico do que possam achar esses ministros não pode virar Lei, ou decretos, isso caberia se não existisse o contraditório na questão, que se está decretando normativas, o que não é o caso das armas de fogo, que existem muitas pessoas que formam a classe armamentista legalista propriamente dita, que estão em defesa constante de seus direitos e cumprindo a risca os seus deveres, jamais poderiam sofrer esse tipo de desqualificação. É esse o ponto fulminante do debate, pois essas projeções presunçosas desqualificando a sociedade brasileira de potencialmente criminosa, ofende e cria danos não só pessoais, como fere a imagem da sociedade brasileira no exterior.
