- Visiting Square 9, Belgrade's most expensive hotel to have a 3-course meal in 'The Square'. Both of their restaurants, one local, one Japanese, are listed in the Michelin Guide.
So I like the Serbia tour.
It is surprising how high-quality but also down-to-earth the cooking is.
Not as exaggerated as elsewhere.
Would like more of that.
The photography was beautifully done!
Gotta respect their attention to detail in the presentation of the dishes. I'd want to tip everyone involved a hefty amount.
The Food seemed Excellently prepared , from EXCELLENT ingredients . Actually fairly basic fare , Beautifully Presented . Great array of Wines .
The Dessert Plate was quite Special .

Serbian food is great! Also very cheap country with a lot of cool places to visit. I remember having a meal on one of the best looking restaurants near Danube the food was insane and cheap. I think the bill was around 200 euros for 8 people (drinks included).
Don't know in what city and WHEN you were here, but believe me today in Belgrade in a restaurant on Danube, 2 good bottles of our whine(and when I say good I mean the ones which cost 10-12e a bottle in our suppermarkets), some appetizer, and a smudj for two(best fish you can find in Serbia), and your bill would be around 90e.
And that's just me with one friend :D

Bangladesh. You can have a buffet in a luxurious hotel within 10-15 euro with 60-110 items. We are so cheap..lol

The Serbian cuisine videos I've seen on RUclips are nice because they all seem to include the waiter explaining the food to the diner, which is something you don't see in every fine dining establishment.

Thank God that 99.9% of restaurants in Serbia do not have Michelin stars, that would completely destroy Serbian cuisine, which is without a doubt the best in Europe.
Ako cemo sta jede covjek po prosjeku, srbija i balkan imaju najbolju hranu. Ali daleko smo mi od Italije i Spanije sto se tice raznovrsnost. Za Skandinaviju, gdje zivim necu ni da spominjem. Prosjecan covjek jede bukvalno smece.

The price is in Serbian dinars so it’s not that expensive as it looks if you compare with similar restaurants in Western Europe or US/Canada but for a average Serbian it’s very very expensive.😃

Food snobbery at its finest..a food snobbery never just eats his food he has to post it on social media to show the world.. frankly, who cares? Whether it be presented like a work of art, or chucked on the plate for 1/20th of the price, believe it or not, in a blind taste test you wouldn't tell the difference . But then you couldn't post it on RUclips that you had spent extortionate amounts of money for someone giving you a mouse sized portion of food!!! Absolutely crazy, so many mugs about!!

It is all about taste for food. The best food in Serbia is in cities on south of Serbia. Niš, Leskovac and Pirot. These three cities have probably the best bbq in the 🌍 And many other dishes are very good.
