Very useful - it is really interesting to see the different people improve over time. I would ask for, if possible, some more Sean Franklin. The technique is very measured and clear so that you can really see intention and then execution. Big contrasts I see between Sean and a lot of students; low, consistent, sharp posture and almost always a passing step in to an attack out of line. It makes sense, but is different to see it in practice. It is really instructive to see all the different skill levels and try to find common artefacts in my own technique to address them.
1:16 is my favorite engage. Person in orange handled it so well IMO. The way they feinted or parried that first cut was perfect, swiftly dealt with. Only problem is that their balance falls off as they recoil away, but I don't think that'd effect anything cause the opponent would have been incapacitated by the riposte anyways.
Great video great technique with these fighters nice music choice really keeps the tension up also gotta love little Kevin has good techniques but still needs work overall i'm impressed with your work.
With how the helmet is made, the tiny little holes don't obstruct the view if you paint it correctly. These guys probably don't because it looks unprofessional and they are trying to run a business maybe? My mask is painted with a Japanese style to it and I see just fine.
Yellow Wall needs to improve its footwork.
We've been fairly unhappy with its performance as of late. Seems to have reached a plateau
I have just recently become involved in HEMA, and I just want to say all of your videos are fantastic and incredibly helpful. Thank you!
This just looks like so much damn fun.
2:00 - good example why balance, posture and form are so important :D
More of this! Also dope music
We should have sparring videos around every month :)

Why is it your favorite even though it wasn't the longest exchange?

Love the way you've presented the exchanges here. Makes it extremely easy to follow.
Lol 0:59 :D
''Walls, my only weakness!'' Erik probably :D
You guys should be put in charge of every movie sword fight scene.
Perfect motivation for my tournament this Friday. You guys rock!!!
Good luck!
Awesome video! Very nice music.
Wanna see a game with a knight dressed like the imcf athletes fighting with this amount of speed and swiftness with sekiro type executions and gore
"Kevin de Ridder" ....That is a suspicioisly Dutch name. Quite funny, and seemingly typical to see that at a HEMA club though.
Kevin is indeed Dutch. It's why he has the orange jacket ;)
Blood and Iron HEMA I see... Well; Greetings from the Netherlands!
You guys are so lucky you have a dedicated training area so you can make pells out of the support beams.
Need more showcase.
Amaazing! I love it :)
IDK if I've simply missed this video but can you please make a video about footwear and fencing barefoot?
Very good :D
nice duplieren there!
Question.... Why doesn't anyone paint their mask? Obstructed view? Distraction? Just curious

is this Italian or German school of fencing?
German. They train based on Joachim Meyer's teachings.
