Both vehicles retain their resale values so you can’t go wrong with either. Go with the Lexus for comfort in that driving it feels like you’re sitting/relaxing on a couch with quiet ambient noise. Go with the Acura for a more drifting experience because taking sharp corners is where the TLX shines with its SH-AWD.
Great review.... I love how he is not trying to talk 'down' the Acura; just an HONEST review on BOTH CARS. MAD RESPECT! Thank you Dustin, keep up the great work! I'd buy a car from a salesman like him! Lexus, lucky of you to have him on your team!
Nice review. Both are good choices. That Acura is the A-spec though so it comes with a 4 cylinder and 272hp. Only the Type-S has a V6 that puts out 355hp.
Been through a fare share of acuras and lexus . I love both brands but I’ll say one thing , when you’re in an Acura you feel like you’re in a high end honda , when you’re in a Lexus you feel like you’re in a Lexus .
@@christianguillen9803 Acura just feels like an upgraded Honda while the Lexus you are beyond just an upgraded Toyota because of the build quality that is required for any Lexus vehicle made in Japan. Its quality over quantity at the end of the day!!
Yes I definitely recommend test driving both back to back if possible! There are great aspects of both for sure! Let me know which one you end up going with!
FYI, the TLX has genuine leather, Alcantara, genuine aluminum, and one of the best sound systems, ELS 3D. 4-cylinder turbo, 272 hp, 280 lb-ft of torque. Type S has the V6

Very nice review, very honest, but what was this guy thinking, he totally destroyed the Lexus IS by comparing it with the Acura TLX, the TLX win in the every category, from the power to the interior to the exterior, I hate the Lexus grill especially this model and the real bumper is just plain plastic looks so cheap, way to go Acura 👍👏👍👏
The fourth gen Honda Integra (chassis code DC5) produced by Honda, was introduced in Japan in April of 2001, and produced until August 2006. This same DC5 was introduced in North America as the Acura RSX, the name a part of Acura’s naming scheme changing the names like “Integra” or “Legend” to alphabetical designations in order for buyers to build more recognition to the marque, and not the individual cars. At the end of the day, the RSX is an Integra (DC5).
I want the Acura interior inside the Lexus IS that would be awesome
That would be awesome! Especially the lighting!
agree. interior of lexus is outdated.

You can't drift with tlx, sh AWD will just smooth it out

Choosing between these two right now. Tough choice. Going to need to sit in and test drive both I think.

Which did you buy

If I can't choose one and money is not a problem, I'd go buy both of them. These cars are so great! 🤤
Love that! Thanks for watching!

Yes! This was something I didn't realize until afterwards!

The Lexus is so old they still have a CD player. Maybe they should have put in a cassette and 8-Track as well. Interior is 90's like.
Huh 🍳
Japanese luxury battle yessir
Acura is the bomb! Way better than the Lexus. Do drive and see.
😂
That acura tlx 🔥🔥🔥
The is 250 is sick! Crazy how similar it looks to my 2006!
Is 300 for me 🤤 … Acura is beautiful as well
I heard that the 300 is is not good
Both looks amazing
Very honest review, respect. Got yourself a sub
The touchpad is a 1 to 1 mapping to the screen, so where ever you click on the touchpad, it corresponds to an area on the screen
Thanks for the feedback! I don't think I've actually tried doing that yet!
LEXUS ❤
Measure the panel gaps & measure paint depth. That could show how makes a better built car
I love this! Definitely something we can explore for sure!
That acura is sweet
Wow this is brave for Lexus😅
Acura is a level above 👉🏼👈🏼

I'll choose the RWD or AWD wagon when Lexus will present it )))
Everybody has their own opinion!
Gosh these cars are gorgeous and reliable. Currently have an 08 TL and trying to decide which to upgrade to.
Well let me know which one you choose! Thanks for watching!
@@PerformanceLexusNiagara will do! And no prob. Thank YOU for displaying these beauties!
Lexus > Acura
That’s not the v6 lol that’s the 4 cylinder turbo
The v6 has a quad exhaust and a type S badge
Lexus is❤

Lexus just better
Still luxes
Weird since there wasn’t a such thing as a 2003 integra on our continent. They had an Acura RSX
OOPS YOU'RE RIGHT! I went back and it turns out mine was a 2000! Thanks for watching!
