You have to have patience and vigilance! I have been looking into radio frequency but I have been seeing where it takes the fat away? I have seen not to do it on your cheek area because it can decrease fullness in your face but that is opposite what you are saying? I have been told it works really great on jawline. I’m confused!

I tried the microcurrent and really saw no difference in my skin and besides it hurt! I started using the red light mask 9 months ago and with REGULAR use, I do see a difference in the texture of my skin. The devices only work if you use them on a regular basis just like exercise. I was interested in radio frequency but when I saw a board-certified dermatologist say it may decrease the fat of your face and you should only use it once or twice a year....I was out. We need to be realistic. If you have sagging facial skin anywhere on your face, no device will lift it. When I look at the before and after photos of RUclipsrs using words such as "slight" "minimal" or "a bit of a difference", or "you decide" that means it doesn't work. These devices are expensive. Their sales are driven by "I hope.". Just eat well, exercise, wear sunscreen and do the best you can. What makes an older lady look "good" is healthy hair, a healthy smile and a trim figure.

Interesting video! Angie from Hot and Flashy recommends LED red light masks that sit very close to the skin so that the lights are more intense. Her mask suggestions can also be used for other areas on the body in addition to the face and have the same or very similar red light therapy as the Mito. So for my money I may want one that sits closer to the face than the Mito. I bought the nuface microcurrent device 3 years ago on a splurge and haven't seen any difference, much to my disappointment. The doctorly website is a great resource about microcurrent (meh) and LED light therapy (GREAT!) Thanks for the video!
Keep using your NuFace. I have one and only had it 3 months. I and others noticed a difference in 2 weeks. I have got so many compliments on my skin since I started it. I have always been into skincare. I haven’t been so great to my skin at same time. For me I use the NuFace longer than it says. I don’t notice much in lines as I do a lifted look.

I have used a micro roller and I love it. At first it hurts for me but once you get use to it, it’s not bad. I just like the roller.. I may look into the pen but I do really live the roller and it’s so much cheaper.

I see subtle differences in my laugh lines with the Nira. Surprisingly, I have gotten great results with the lines around my mouth. I tried it just to see if it would make a difference and it really has. You have to build up tolerance but it doesn't take long. I'm on level 4 out of 5 now.

I love your videos! You seem like the kind of friend I would have! I am 68 but still working full time as an RN Director. I get up at 530 am for work and don’t get home until 530 pm. This was fabulous! I was almost going to return my nuface b4 the time expires and you have convinced me to keep it. The part that bothers me is you have to start out with a squeaky clean face with no oil at all and after swathing my face with oils and creams b4 bed, it takes time and a process. Does that make sense? I’m 81 and need all the help I can get, ha. I also have the GloPro dermarolling system. Thanx, you answered all my questions.

Interesting video! Angie from Hot and Flashy recommends LED red light masks that sit very close to the skin so that the lights are more intense.
Her mask suggestions can also be used for other areas on the body in addition to the face and have the same or very similar red light therapy as the Mito.
So for my money I may want one that sits closer to the face than the Mito.
I bought the nuface microcurrent device 3 years ago on a splurge and haven't seen any difference, much to my disappointment.
The doctorly website is a great resource about microcurrent (meh) and LED light therapy (GREAT!)

Keep using your NuFace. I have one and only had it 3 months. I and others noticed a difference in 2 weeks. I have got so many compliments on my skin since I started it. I have always been into skincare. I haven’t been so great to my skin at same time. For me I use the NuFace longer than it says. I don’t notice much in lines as I do a lifted look.
Definite lifted look with NuFace. Stick with it. Do it daily for 60 days then every other day is good. Good luck.

I have Hashimoto and tried to avoid the gland on my neck but still it was still stimulated by the he device. I will continue use on my face because it does a great job with lifting brows and cheeks."

I have used a micro roller and I love it. At first it hurts for me but once you get use to it, it’s not bad. I just like the roller.. I may look into the pen but I do really live the roller and it’s so much cheaper.

Will this work on deep lines on my upper lip?
I see subtle differences in my laugh lines with the Nira. Surprisingly, I have gotten great results with the lines around my mouth. I tried it just to see if it would make a difference and it really has. You have to build up tolerance but it doesn't take long. I'm on level 4 out of 5 now.
I've been using it for 3 weeks and struggle to go higher than level 2.

I love your videos! You seem like the kind of friend I would have! I am 68 but still working full time as an RN Director. I get up at 530 am for work and don’t get home until 530 pm. I dont know when to fit anything in. I have the nu face but did not notice much difference. I also have the needles but have stopped using them. I’m so tired when I come home.
