      Blessings
Isiah 30:18 And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him./inspiration+ Not everything in the book of Isaiah is as encouraging as this passage. Much of this book is an admonition to people who have failed a Holy God. Some of us can remember our parents telling us as children, right before they punished us, "This hurts me more than it hurts you." At the time, we cannot believe that is true. But when we become parents and we have to punish the wrong behavior of our children, we understand exactly what they meant. A parent’s desire is to love his child, not to punish. In this passage, we see the true nature of God. We see His heart’s desire. He longs to be compassionate and gracious to us. More than anything, He wants to shower us with His love. But just as a parent also has the responsibility to discipline, so does God. He is also a God of Justice, and therefore, He must "wait" to show compassion./prayer+ Father, I know that You are a God of Compassion and Grace. I realize that You long to shower me with blessings. But I also know that You must discipline me when I am wrong. I may not like it, but I understand and appreciate it. I would rather be disciplined by a loving God than punished by a just God. Guide me with the love that You have for me. Help me to do Your will in all things. Amen.

I own a 2021 is350 fsport rwd and trust me yall video on the 300 does no justice for those car. It is a fun car especially on twisty roads. The crazy thing is I can push this car as hard as I want everyday and ik it will still work tomorrow. I can’t say the same for bmw, merc, or Audi. I also compared the 2021 350 fsport to the old one and there is a definite difference between them. Also this car gets so much attention and stares and a lot of people ask me questions about it. I got the mica 2.0 blue color and of course those sweet bbs mate black rims. I recommend this car to anyone cause it is fun as hell and it does haul ass and it has a good get up and it sounds nice as hell when you push it

The best comments are that a 2 ton car is a track car, if I want a track car I will buy a race car with a light weight and a good chassis, I don't need a car to burn tires and where I have to pay for a closed road or track and pay for a set of tires that cost a quarter of your annual salary (depending on where you live).

There’s a huge difference between 260hp naturally aspirated and turbo. This is the former and while it’s still plenty enough power; it doesn’t feel like it has a ‘modern’ level of acceleration. A big response to restrictions has been turbocharged cars and some of them are absolutely
Wonderful. A 10k+ cheaper Accord 2.0T has a turbocharged 4 putting out 252 hp with 273 lb ft of torque and it feels a lot quicker than this.
Nothing to do with being a track/race car. Extra power means more confidence for evasive manoeuvres, overtaking, pulling out at a roundabout etc. As someone pointing out, even the v6 Camry is packing 301hp now.

Then i tried the F30 BMW 330e and loved it, so thats what i got instead. Gonna get it tuned to 340hp on the wheels then its got more than enough power for me. Im not to worried about reliability either since it has the B48 engine, and all the B-modular engines have seemed to be very reliable so far. From what ive heard even Toyota was impressed with how much BMW had improved their engines when they started making the new Supra and the Z4. Plus i dont drive more than 3000km a year, and that mostly electric since it is a plug in hybrid.

Having owned a few of these IS over the generations, I would say whole hearted this car makes a fantastic USED/CPO car, you get a phenomenal value for your money, yes you lose out on alot of tech even available at that time compared to now but as a new it just doesn't work with cost / realibility as any new car will last just fine for a few years if you take care of it well. So for someone who isn't very tech hungry, power hungry but just wants a luxury car that looks dam sexy & lasts for a loooong time the pre-owned IS market knocks it out of the park. I just switched to Audi recently cause lexus was killing me on tech / lack of..(oh last major downside of the IS well it's the staggered wheel setup, your surely going to burn throu rear Tyres very quick with no adjustment to rotate 😕

I ended up choosing the Kia Stinger, way more powerful and a lot more fun to drive. Also there's a chance it won't cost that much in maintenance over the years, Kia makes reliable cars nowadays.

7:04 When you floored the gas pedal, it is unfortunately only going to go to 2nd gear in automatic mode. First gear in that 6AT is good up to 55 ~ 57 kmh, so what the car should have done is drop to 1st gear, give you that shove of acceleration up to that speed, then switch over to 2nd gear. You could have also forced it into 1st gear by hitting the left paddle to go into D1.
Either way, the car isn't really that slow. It isn't super fast, but it really comes down to running the car in as low a gear as you can go if you are trying to extract maximum speed out of it.

I don't understand the IS300. My wife has a 2015 IS350 Executive 70k. A decent bump in hp, virtually same gas mileage, Mark Levinson sound system, horrible infotainment. It has been an exceptional vehicle except it eats tires. Worth about 27k. If you are buying used get the 350.

Yea I feel ya on the neck and upper back thing Thomas, for me its like bulging discs and the beginnings of facet joint synfrome. Seems like theres more fun options to be had otherwise. For a similar price you can get Genesis G70 right? Even the lower trim one is still probably more fun to drive and the car can be specced to be just as comfortable or pretty close.

Reliability, better, really, I can’t find a Merc, BMW nor Audi owner that has anything really bad to say I mean, face to face not some survey where you need to read between the lines. If it looks better, drives better, better both mechanical and electronic tech then the chances are, it is better lol.

It's so funny to think how manufacturers are still selling cars with large naturally aspirated engines in North America. Compare that to Europe where the only naturally aspirated engines might be in some small cars like in a hybrid Yaris.

You can get a comparable 15’ A4 or 3 series for under 20k CAD. Most Japanese cars and especially Lexus, always hold the best resale value. That was a really bad point to bring up, you’ll go broke as a car salesman lol

The best Lexus Luxury Sports Sedan has always been the GS especially the 2013-2015 models prior to ugly facelift and so called mid life cycle change, unfortunately they killed off that awesome Gen platform line and now stuck with a medicore and compromised at best in the IS. The interior of the GS in terms of build, materials and overall fit and finish is leaps and bounds better the IS regardless of model.
