I've never needed to torque a vise grip
Me either, but maybe its because we never had the option before? Probably won't ever torque them down as you can adjust and then clamp but you never know. Thanks for the comment
Honestly these are the best money can buy. Open them when they are tight and then do the same with vice grip. Snappy (malco ) so much better
They really are, I'm glad a bought some before they are gone, then the only place you can get them is Snappy for much more. Hope you are enjoying your weekend.

I think snap on bought out the Malco plant since they were going out of business. As per CP’s video
Yup I think that is what happened, I'm glad I got a few pairs as they are definitely cheaper than Snap On
Wiha has their pliers online sale thru Easter Sunday. Wiha quality is better than Snap-on & Knipex for Linesman, needle nose, side cutters, flush cuts, and cable cutters!!! Knipex has the best Cobra & Twin grip style pliers, but Wiha is better quality & price on the other style pliers & cutters. I have big hands, so I like their industrial insulated grips, their classic grips are great also.
Wiha absolutely dominates with their screwdriver quality, especially their “blue Terminator” bits, which are impact rated and precise fit. Numerous bit option packages to choose from. Nobody else comes close to Wiha bit quality

There is nothing better than the FIRST AND ORIGINAL VISE GRIP,Made in USA.Why?, a lot of companies still trying to reinvent the Wheel.
Love the first and original vise grips, the original vise grips were made in USA.
The Malco's/Snap On are better than the original Vice Grip's, Malco bought the original Vice Grip factory after Vice Grip shut it down and moved production to chynna. The new Vice Grips are made from soft steel and don't last. Malco not only bought the original Vice Grip factory but they brought back some of the original employees and made some improvements to the design, like the power ring. Unfortunately, Malco didn't sell enough of them and had to shut the plant down again. Snap On has bought the tooling and will continue to produce them at their Milwaukee plant. The needle nose version is the first made by Snap On on the Malco tooling.

@clayton9136 you'll find out as soon as I find investment to get it built and sold, so far it's just companies that are like " my fella, that's a neat thing you want to make, how much you got for lunch, I mean marketing, I mean give me your picanic basket, shit, I meant marketing, sell every one of your organs on the black market, I have to pay rent on my NY penthouse suite"
If you think your design is that great you could float it with Lisle, they are a tool company that will compensate you. Snap On will will do it as well, but I think you get less from them.
