You have such good skin and a great daily ritual, Japan is well known for its quality skincare products. I admire the value held in Japan in taking care of your physical health and skin. My childhood and adolescence was spent mostly outdoors and in NZ our sun has increasingly become more harmful with UV rays so as an adult we often are trying to reverse years of potential damage to our skin . We now know better, knowledge is definitely powerful 😊

Since I watched your last video : "my weekend in Japan" on how to make matcha latte, i follow your instruction and finally made it. During this time I also did what you did when making matcha tea by turning the chasen in circle. And when shaking it vertically I managed to create foam. Thanks for the tips. Very valuable for me who likes to drink matcha tea in the evening at leisure.
By the way, You've been to Deltamas in Indonesia. There are a lot of Japanese people there. If you come to Indonesia, hope we can meet.

Do people drink matcha in Indonesia?
@Matcharming I currently make matcha tea that I bought directly at Donki when in Osaka last Nov. There is also matcha tea that I bought from Kyoto. They have different flavors. But I like them both. I also attended a matcha tea making ceremony directly from the expert but in Bali. He learned directly from a matcha maker in Kyoto.
In Indonesia, every cafe seems to have a matcha latte menu. It seems to be a common menu here.

I work in Finance in Corporate strategy. I'm very thankful for my job and enjoy it, but it takes up all my time, even weekends. Now I feel like I'm slightly wasting all my youth. Almost like burnout?...

I have had the same feeling of emptiness many times when I was only busy with work.
Especially in my first year of work, when I worked for two months without weekends off, my mentality was very depressed.
From that point on, I started to think about what I wanted to do in the future and what I wanted to do.
My current company is my second company in the finance department of a retail company. The previous company had more global operations and the salary was higher.
But I changed jobs because I was thinking about my future. I made this decision without consulting my parents. If I had consulted my parents, I think they would have opposed my decision.
But it is important to make your own decision. By deciding for yourself, you will not have any regrets.
And since I work from home at my current company, I started RUclips on my own time.
I would like to make things someday. I want to do something creative and exciting. To achieve this, I started RUclips because I thought it was important for people to get to know me first. It took a lot of courage at first, but once I started, there was no big problem.
I know that you may have trouble with your work, but I believe that taking a courageous step forward can lead you to new discoveries.

I'm sorry to hear about your struggle, it can feel very lonely sometimes when everyday feels the exact same on repeat.
I used to do art, I love art and had an exhibition once. I love archeology, Literature, vintage sports cars and so many other things. They're all things that made me realise my job shouldn't be what's holding me back from living a fulfilling life.
I''m very happy that you decided to take control, do what was best for you and pursue your ambitions by yourself! That takes a lot of bravery and hardwork, I want to take that leap of faith too...
I don't know how I'll face my parents, or my managers since they want to promote me next month, but hopefully one day I'll send you a comment saying "I finally did it, I took the first step!"

As someone who worked in finance and recently retired, my advice is do not make your life all about work. It goes so quickly and you don’t want to look back with regrets. Work 4 days a week and have 3 days off to pursue your dreams. It really is doable. I retired early and am living my best life!
