Decent separated kitchen and bathroom, living room has space for a sofa, small coffee table and your work table and STAIRS TO THE LOFT where you can even set your work station to get more space in the living room and ITS FREAKING CHEAP. YAAAAY, defo number 1 for 2025. 😂

Hello, Usui Chan! What a fantastic video! Now that I've watched it all the way through, I can confidently say that this apartment is one of my favorites on your channel. I can totally imagine myself living there! It’s not too cramped, there’s storage for toilet paper 😄, and the loft has plenty of space-even enough to hang clothes! Though the steps aren’t very wide, the staircase looks stable and safe. I wouldn’t feel afraid of heights up there! The living room is bright and spacious-you could easily fit a large table, a comfy armchair across from the stairs, and even a shelf (for example, to the right of the door). The kitchen is separate, so cooking smells won’t spread throughout the entire apartment. The space-saving bathroom door shows that the designer thought of every detail, and the little decorative touches make it clear that the landlord puts love into their work. And to top it all off, the price is amazing! This apartment is truly incredible. I wish this exact apartment for you, Usui Chan-of course, only if you like it as much as I do! 😊🧡
I like this apartment. The relator made an effort to make the place look warm and homey and I found that to be attractive. The upstairs space is actually usable and they could potentially use the space under the stairs for more storage. The price is very good and the fact that it is near a strawberry farm with animals is fabulous.
space under stairs would add quite a bit of storage (i completly missed that), also turn stairs into shelfs or drawers (for books or small clothes). as you said warm and cosy, very atractive to the eye

Woah, it's cheap! I guess it's further out of the city. And it's so cute, I love that the walls aren't just white and plain, but a relaxing blue. I think I would sleep in the loft and have a desk and a nice chair downstairs. I'd also buy a small wardrobe to store clothes. Very nice!
An absolute yes. I love that the kitchen and utility areas are separate from the living room, and the wet area of the bathroom is surprisingly spacious! It's cheap, and while in the outskirts of Tokyo, that wouldn't bother me as I work from home. The only downside: those aren't stairs, that's a slide!
I really like how the walls are painted a nice blue and aren't plain concrete! The brick pattern looks good on the wall. Lots of pretty sun! The stairs are thin but I'd like them better than a ladder.

Someone's taken the trouble to lightly stage the apartment. Tight squeeze at the entrance between the fridge and the washing machine. Bright and sunny - but why all frosted windows, as the skyline's OK except for power cables and road. One of the cheapest we've seen. No cream with your strawberries? 😋👍🍓
though small, this micro apartment packs a lot of positive features aside from the regular ones - the toothbrush case at the toilet, lots of shelves and storage, the tub cover and the notes. good to have lots of windows too. thank you for sharing this.
Strawberries are so delicious and so very good for you. 🍓 This apartment was excellent - there were good options for using the space and I think it was the best presented apartment on the channel. The addition of soft toys, flowers and a cute "welcome" mat made a big impression on me. That is good marketing. The loft space was tall enough to actually be useful and I think even steep stairs (with a hand rail to hold on to), is way better than a ladder. There are good storage options and the rent is very reasonable. I would give this one 9.5/10. Thank you Usui for going to the trouble of showing us this one.
Hello Usui, happy to see a post from you. I love strawberries and the treats that can be made with them. Also, I like that apartment very much. Storage is good. Has laundry space and also a nice bathroom area. Love the bathing area with a tub and a good bahroom dryer. Good to see a shoe cabinet there already. It looks like the kitchenette has a little more space than most and there is room for a fridge too. The rent is Very Good ❤. I am short and I have small feet so I would be willing to at least try a futon in the loft area but even if that didn't work out I do think I could be happy with storage and gaming space upstairs and a bed in the main space. I hope a nice person finds that place.

Esse foi o meu apartamento favorito e fiquei impressionada com o valor final, com certeza eu ligaria na hora para alugar. I love the layout and the wall textures. Plenty of sunlight and cheap rent. Love it all!!! A nice little shelf next to the washing machine for your other small appliances would fit nicely. A fan up on the loft to circulate the AC upstairs to keep it cool.
I REALLY like this one! And as a senior citizen I completely agree, "stairs ARE better than ladders". I think I would actually use the loft space since I would be able to get to it quite easily. The only thing this apartment is missing (for me) is a balcony, but otherwise I think this is a great little apartment. 9/10 ⭐
I love all the wood in this space. Feels so warm. I’d probably put the bed in the same spot, but it would be a short RV bed, made to be 5.9’ long and 4.25’ wide. Keep a small 2.5’ round table and stool against the large window wall for work and eating. The loft would be my closet.
This is the best one I've seen so far. Bed upstairs, with some room for boxes for clothes that don't need to be kept hanging. Those can be on those hooks at the bottom of the stairs. Still some room for a small book-shelf (love my books!) My PC desk and a VERY comfy chair downstairs, along with anything else that needs to be there... but that's not much for me. My PC is all I need, for the most part. Kitchen is fine, but the gap for the fridge is a little narrow due to that shoe-cabinet. But then, a small fridge with a microwave sitting on the top is all I'd need there. Only thing missing is a kettle or place for one... would likely have a small table in the "living room" with that and my coffee is therefore near at hand for when I'm gaming! :D

This one seems fantastic! The kitchenette had better counter space, the toilet and bathroom arrangement looked about perfect. Decent entryway and functional loft. Nice sunny main room. Really really like this one! Super affordable rent was the strawberry on top 😊

The staging was quite cute. I like how there is a door between the kitchen and living room. The loft would be storage for me. The stairs are nice but steep. The price is really good. But, the strawberries were expensive.. lol I would prefer to purchase a pint, I think. All in all, this micro apartment has good potential.
very pretty plants on your journey. my cat would like this apartment, high spaces to climb and look down on things. lol there is more rom for the shoe cabinet than for the refrigerator, and even a small closet or a few drawers under the stairs could be convenient, lol. your idea for the loft as tv space works much better than the bed in the loft. very good rent. 👍
I think I missed the video where you say if these micro apartments rent includes any utilities, ie. electric, water, internet etc. Still either way at the price it's not bad at all. Though I would opt to hand wash my clothes in the bath and place a bistro style table over the drain and a set of small chairs for entertaining... however I am weird.
One of the best yet. Here is what I've noticed many times, the mix of English and Japanese. The little notes are a perfect example. It says NOTES in English but the rest is in Japanese. The coffee mugs are in English so is the little Coffee note.

I can’t say I love it. The stairs are almost like a ladder and if you put the tv in the loft won’t the clothes be in the way? I always wonder why the loft spaces can’t be regular height rather than having to crawl around in them. 🤷♀️

this is one of the best micro apartments I've seen on the channel so far! it uses the space well and doesn't have a bunch of weird angles, wasted space, or bizarre design choices. the only strange thing to me is the door dividing the kitchen/bathroom area and the living space.

I think this one is nice and cosy, perfect for a young person who has just moved out or just moved to Japan. Then you have the added bonus of being able to go pick fresh strawberries with your friends on the weekend! NIce! Stairs are still better than a ladder in my opinion though. Overall, I like this one a lot. The loft is nice and big and the stairs aren't a death trap. 😊 That door in-between the kitchen and living room though just feels unnecessary and makes the room feel even smaller. A coat rack by the shoe cabinet would be better than in the living room.

This is the most inviting and cozy apartment! The rent is very affordable and everything is positioned well! I would sleep in the loft though and have a table in the living room because I need a place to eat and do not want to bring my food up the stairs or I may drop it 😅

Very functional space for only 18sqm. I like that the loft is actually usable and you don't have to crouch down entirely to move around. I would use the loft as a cosy sleeping/TV nook and clothes storage and the downstairs as an office/dining space.
This one is really nice and I used to live near some strawberry fields. I used to go picking them, it was a really cheap way to get my favourite fruit.
A very cute apartment with a good room layout. I love the little decorations, very thoughtful. And the loft has real stairs! The fridge space seems a bit small and the loft a little dark. I also wish not all windows would be frosted glass, but that's a personal preference.

This is a really cute, comfortable looking place. I would rent it, but one hour from Shinjuku is a little far to consider. I would fall asleep on the train and miss my stop. Hahaha. This is a very nice micro apartment though. 😊
I really like this one, and it's a great price. The commute might be awful though depending on where you work. I'm a giant but I think I'd try to live in this one.
I guessed this one would be ¥140,000. What a steal, it being only ¥59,000! I know you don’t like stairs or heights but this one is nicer than your current spot, I think. The bed’s gotta go in the loft section though. It’s darker there so you’re more likely to get better sleep since the main room is so bright and airy. Might be the best micro-apartment yet!
Lovely day you had! That's a nice looking apartment, and if not for the close cables at the window, I'd consider such a place! Especially with a strawberry market nearby... I wouldn't pay no $25 for 30 minutes, though. I couldn't eat enough strawberries to warrant such a price!
Hi! Despite the power lines and narrow stair steps, we really liked this one! Liked the layout and having the tv space upstairs (my husband called it a man-cave) is a great idea! We didn't see an escape ladder - is that because of the power lines? Loved the strawberry farm. Never seen white strawberries before but someone told me they are very sweet! This one seems fantastic! The kitchenette had better counter space, the toilet and bathroom arrangement looked about perfect. Decent entryway and functional loft. Nice sunny main room. Really really like this one! Super affordable rent was the strawberry on top 😊

I like how there is a door between the kitchen and living room. The loft would be storage for me. The stairs are nice but steep.
The price is really good. But, the strawberries were expensive.. lol I would prefer to purchase a pint, I think.
All in all, this micro apartment has good potential.
very pretty plants on your journey. my cat would like this apartment, high spaces to climb and look down on things. lol there is more rom for the shoe cabinet than for the refrigerator, and even a small closet or a few drawers under the stairs could be convenient, lol. your idea for the loft as tv space works much better than the bed in the loft. very good rent. 👍
I think I missed the video where you say if these micro apartments rent includes any utilities, ie. electric, water, internet etc. Still either way at the price it's not bad at all. Though I would opt to hand wash my clothes in the bath and place a bistro style table over the drain and a set of small chairs for entertaining... however I am weird.

Fridge would go beside the washing machine. And he could put an additional shelf to use as a pantry close to the shoe rack.

I liked this apartment, the only thing that seemed a little small to me was the kitchen
One of the best yet.
Here is what I've noticed many times, the mix of English and Japanese. The little notes are a perfect example. It says NOTES in English but the rest is in Japanese. The coffee mugs are in English so is the little Coffee note.
I can certainly see myself living in this space. Its so cosy and functional. 😊😊

I can’t say I love it. The stairs are almost like a ladder and if you put the tv in the loft won’t the clothes be in the way? I always wonder why the loft spaces can’t be regular height rather than having to crawl around in them. 🤷♀️

this is one of the best micro apartments I've seen on the channel so far! it uses the space well and doesn't have a bunch of weird angles, wasted space, or bizarre design choices. the only strange thing to me is the door dividing the kitchen/bathroom area and the living space.

I think this one is nice and cosy, perfect for a young person who has just moved out or just moved to Japan. Then you have the added bonus of being able to go pick fresh strawberries with your friends on the weekend! NIce! Stairs are still better than a ladder in my opinion though. Overall, I like this one a lot. The loft is nice and big and the stairs aren't a death trap. 😊 That door in-between the kitchen and living room though just feels unnecessary and makes the room feel even smaller. A coat rack by the shoe cabinet would be better than in the living room.

I really liked this video. Generally I don't like loft apartments but I did like this one. However, I would probably use the loft space for storage. The strawberry farm was great!

This is the most inviting and cozy apartment! The rent is very affordable and everything is positioned well! I would sleep in the loft though and have a table in the living room because I need a place to eat and do not want to bring my food up the stairs or I may drop it 😅

Very functional space for only 18sqm. I like that the loft is actually usable and you don't have to crouch down entirely to move around. I would use the loft as a cosy sleeping/TV nook and clothes storage and the downstairs as an office/dining space.
This one is really nice and I used to live near some strawberry fields. I used to go picking them, it was a really cheap way to get my favourite fruit.

A very cute apartment with a good room layout. I love the little decorations, very thoughtful. And the loft has real stairs!
The fridge space seems a bit small and the loft a little dark. I also wish not all windows would be frosted glass, but that's a personal preference.
Nice apartment, one if my favourites. Yes the stairs are steep I would arrange the furniture the same are you did. The price is reasonable we would pay that for one week in Australia. Stay warm and have a good day thanks again 😊
This is a really cute, comfortable looking place. I would rent it, but one hour from Shinjuku is a little far to consider. I would fall asleep on the train and miss my stop. Hahaha. This is a very nice micro apartment though. 😊

I guessed this one would be ¥140,000. What a steal, it being only ¥59,000! I know you don’t like stairs or heights but this one is nicer than your current spot, I think. The bed’s gotta go in the loft section though. It’s darker there so you’re more likely to get better sleep since the main room is so bright and airy. Might be the best micro-apartment yet!

Lovely day you had! That's a nice looking apartment, and if not for the close cables at the window, I'd consider such a place! Especially with a strawberry market nearby... I wouldn't pay no $25 for 30 minutes, though. I couldn't eat enough strawberries to warrant such a price!
Hi! Despite the power lines and narrow stair steps, we really liked this one! Liked the layout and having the tv space upstairs (my husband called it a man-cave) is a great idea! We didn't see an escape ladder - is that because of the power lines? Loved the strawberry farm. Never seen white strawberries before but someone told me they are very sweet! Thank you for another wonderful tour!
