Yup. And if you play through the Archon quests acts 3 and 4, you'll hear even more interesting info on dragons and Celestia. Not saying when or how or what you'll hear though: that's on you to discover

Can never be grateful enough for Ray Chase giving so much life and personality to Neuvillette. He expresses so much for a very solemn character. You can easily pick up subtle changes in his voice that give certain meanings to a statement even though it may look ordinary or insignificant to read.

I think the final ascension line is specifically locked until you do Fontaine Archon Quest act 4. Coz u did that, then looked at his voicelines and the one where he calls himself a dragon as one of the only few new ones
nope i levelled him up to 90 before I did the Archon quests and I heard him say that line and was equally shook that he was admitting it right then and there
Each character have different reaction when we upgrade them. Zhongli for example say the same thing that he have again that much power despite giving up a gnosis.... for specific dialogue on archon quest u will see the requirment
It's not. First thing I did after he was released was leveled him to lvl 90 day 1. He says it regardless of whether you complete it or not.
It's surprising it isn't required given that Zhongli's requires completing an archon storyline.
if only Rizzley and the mascot aren't next to Noctis's banner, I would have gotten him now cuz he has the Ultimate NUT BLASTER.

The last Ascension line is a spoiler in two ways. It says he realy is a dragon but it also says he regained the Gnosis?! Hello? So the Hydrognosis wont get in the Fatui hands but in his?

Which makes me wonder, what exactly does the Tsaritsa plan to do with the gnoses? Give them back to their respective dragons? Use them to power herself up enough to take on Celestia?

Maybe its all about to resurect him, if he even needs to be ressurected. Apep mentioned also he brought some power fromt outside of teyvst to fight against the primordial one.
@@SuperCrysiscore You're right, Nibelung was presumably the king of dragons. It seems he was the one who brought the Forbidden Knowledge to Teyvat in an effort to fight back against the Primordial One and Celestia. Would be super interesting if they actually plan on resurrecting him - but then, wouldn't that make Neuvillette obsolete. He says his final destiny is to judge the king usurper, so that would mean he'd be the one to defeat them. Whichever way they decide to take this, I'm excited to see it

Judging someone doesnt mean to defeat him. The judge doesnt bring the defendent into the court.

I dont know, but for me Furinas voice line is locked behind a ??? quest so im pretty sure we will find out about that once she releases in 4.2
All the archons lines from him are locked like that. I think it's going to be unlocked whenever this archon quest ends.
@@lacytaylor1501 I've never been this exited for Voicelines, but Neuvilette is probably the most interesting character we have gotten so far
They add mineral (salts) to water because if you drank pure water without any sort of added minerals, your body would perceive a difference in osmotic pressure, which would be solved by absorbing a lot of water from the gut to your blood, increasing heart pressure or causing edema and swelling.
Alongside with that, you'd need to get many of those minerals from other sources which isn't always easy. Especially in highly restrictive diets.
And thirdly, it'd taste a lot different.
One or two cups of deionized water isn't bad, but I certainly don't think it'd be the best choice in the long run.
Also, most times these salts aren't added to water since their appearance normally occurs in nature, they just aren't substracted from it.

THAT’S WHAT I’VE BEEN SAYING! It really feels like a spoiler for stuff that hasn’t happened yet. He even made a point to say how he didn’t have his full power in the end of act 4. Also he says “the rest of the gods” as if he’s either counting himself among the gods or that he’s already judged a god. But none of this is locked by any requirements but reaching max ascension and maybe doing the quest so I’ve entertained the idea it’s not like a canon voice line but idk, I think it is
Half of these are leaks. A lot of Neuvi's lines are locked.

Wouldn't it have been better to finish the Archon Quests, discover this revelation naturally, then listen to his voicelines? As opposed to listening to the voicelines all confused as to why Neuvillette is saying these things? That's why they are locked.
I mean, either way, as long as you’ve done act 1 and 2 everyone already knows he’s the hydro sovereign, act 4 only just confirms it explicitly, but it’s already implied all the way back since act 1
