    You don’t mention the oven temperature and how long you need to bake it. Saw this when I was looking for recipe but not going to subscribe.

    I have never had brie before...can you eat the white rind?

      Yes the rind is edible. And, if you wish you can score the brie before adding the toppings--makes it lovely to dig into!!
