  • Have you ever had a layover that was long enough to do something with, but you lacked the confidence to go out and try? Well never fear! I'm here to show you not only that it can be done, but how. Grab my guide to Paris (PDF) HERE: bit.ly/ParisVloggersGuide for way more to do, and watch this video for how to visit the six major sites in Paris (Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Moulin Rouge, and Sacre Coeur) in under three hours from when you set foot in Paris.
Unfortunately the map for this no longer exists, but I'll make another someday. Keep an eye on my channel, or become a Patron and you can get access to my Mapstr account for all my live recommendations in Paris / jayswanson

We used this video as a blueprint for our 2 day visit in Paris. We got a Navigo pass for about 28 EUR which took us from the airport to the city and we took the metro and bus to go pretty much everywhere. It is a weekly pass. We also improvised and went to Versailles for a half day (included in the Navigo pass). Your Versailles video is spot on: it is a full day experience. We didn’t go in the Chateau, however, the lines were noticeably shorter by the time we left around 3 PM. Thank you for your videos!

OMG Jay, I’m watching this for the first time. What a fun video!
The first time I went to Paris was in 2013. The bleachers in front of Notre Dame were kind of nice. My friend Kim and I sat on them for around 35 minutes.

They weren't bad for sitting, just bad for views haha. I can't believe you haven't seen this video before - glad you found it and liked it =D

Jay Swanson I was just letting RUclips play videos yesterday while I was cleaning and this popped up. I stopped and watched because for some reason I thought you were only doing sit down talking to the camera Vlogs back then. It was interesting to see how not only your style has changed but how similar it still is to this video. Great job!
