Completely helped!!! Thank you! Severe myself.. Have 4 children, but skeptical about a hysterectomy.. We'll see. It's a crime that this isn't better addressed by medical field!!! We suffer everyday!!

I want to cry! EVERYTHING you have described is EXACTLY what I've been going through! I woke up one day and could not even move I was in such pain. I could not get out of bed, and I could not walk without crying the pain was so bad in my right back hip. I finally went to obgyn today to see why all this is happening, and he also said "endometriosis"!. I have irregular cycles, very heavy bleeding and huge clots. I can bleed for 3 weeks straight, stop for one week, and bleed again! And the cramps, inflammation and bloating are so annoying. I also considered getting a cane to help me stand up from bed in the mornings and walk. I am so sorry that you go through this pain, but I am so relieved to hear that someone out there experiences the exact things I am. Wish you all the best! XOXO.

hdezmelissa That's exactly why I did these videos, in the hope that someone like me wouldn't feel alone. I'm glad it's been helpful at least to you in that way. I hope your treatment going forward brings you some relief, and I'd encourage you to get the cane if you think it will help. Thanks for reaching out. Be well.

Hi LeeLaura. I'm really happy this video was able to help you. You're not alone in this and there is a huge community of women out there who you can talk to. Instagram has some great pages, I'm on there as sashaaimey. I'm currently in hospital. Unfortunately the endo has reached my lungs and caused some serious complications. Had fluid in the lungs along with costochondritis, and had to be on oxygen for a few days, and it all happened so suddenly. Im now doing therapy to regain lung capacity and breathe normally. We have to be there to help each other. Feel free to reach out if you need a listening ear.

Thank you thank you thank you for this video!! I too suffer from severe endo! I've asked my doctors to do a hysterectomy on me, but they all say I am too young still, and I may want more kids 😭 I pray one day I will find a doctor that will give me what I want instead of trying to find a medicine that will never work to kill the constant pain

Hi, Carey Lynn! The menstrual and endo suffering isn't fair, but you can make a lot to prevent cramps.
I am a nurse and since 1970 I have been studying women's health, the endometriosis, the strong menstrual pain and the methods to prevent the painful cramps, because the period must not cause distress.
The endo can be "resolved" only by surgical way (not always with a hysterectomy), but you can control your pain (endo pain and menstrual cramps) by means of a particular control of your eating and following an easy method of progressive thermal stimulation to "prevent" the pain that you feel and not just to contrast it with some "remedy", time by time.
Have cramps is never "normal" and must be avoided!
If you like, I can give to you the complete description of this method and we can speak again about it!

Carey Lynn Hi Carey thanks for sharing. I feel that way a lot sometimes too, and I'm sorry to hear you also are going through this. I did a video talking a bit about my thoughts on hysterectomy. Maybe you can check it out and let me know what you think. Hoping at least today is a better day than yesterday. Hugs.
