Liz. Knee pain is very bad. I had a knee replacement finally because of bone on bone pain. It helped so much. I can walk fine now. I have pain if l get down on the knee. That hurts but otherwise no problem. I hope you have success with resting and wearing something to support your knee. Love your apartment. So pretty. Your decor is lovely. My husband knew when it was time for knee replacement. You sound like thats where you are. You’ll be so glad once you do. It hurts, but medication will help you thru it and if you push hard thru the therapy you will be good as new and it’ll all be worth it. Plus, you’ll have all of us praying for you.

When you book your ticket check the wheelchair assistance box-it has helped me a ton! I have the same issues and travel by myself a lot. They meet you at check in and get you to your next gate. Then they will escort you up any ramps. It's a blessing and they are so kind.

I had bone on bone pain in both knees.. I had both replaced at the same time. It was the best thing I ever did for myself. You’re too young to wind in a wheelchair for life. Get it done Liz, your life will change immensely 🙏🏾❤️

Oh Liz, I feel for you traveling with bad knees. My husband and I both have bad health issues and realize there is no way we could travel by plane. We only drive to really close things now. Liz you need to get a wheelchair for the airports. You get there earlier & they will assist you to the gate. You will then not strain your knees as much! I love how you switched the lamp and vase. It looks even better! I do that all the time sometimes I have to take pictures of the before and after too lol

I hope you have a great weekend and find some relief for your knees. This rain doesn’t help. I feel your pain…I have osteoarthritis in my left knee, including spurs that have developed. Very painful. I have flareups, that require me to walk with a cane or crutch at times. I try to take anti inflammatory meds every day, but I’m sure that is gonna’ have some other side effects later. Oh Liz don’t do what I did. I recently had a knee replacement. I actually need the other one done also. I suffered for eight years. I’m a lot older than you are and sorry I didn’t do it sooner. Will keep you in my prayers my beautiful friend! I love the apartment❤️

Love your videos, Liz, and I feel at this point, having watched so many of your videos (I went on a binge once I found you lol) you don’t know it but we’ve become BFF’s! lol You’re an absolute delight! I especially appreciate your decor style because French Country is my true decor love! You’ve given me so many wonderful ideas. Thank you! 💕 Regarding your pain (and I suspect many of us here on RUclips offer up lots of fix it tips!) my husband has an injured neck/back and lived in constant pain and discomfort. Every. single. day. Some days it would top the charts. In a search to find relief we tried everything! I won’t detail the lengthy (expensive) list but I will say we finally found a cocktail that almost eliminates all of his pain. Some days he doesn’t experience any while other days he may be a 2 or 3 pain level (compared to a 9 that’s worth celebrating). It is a bone/skeletal/muscular tincture. Tinctures, if you don’t know, are basically powerful plant extracts, process and concept similar to vanilla extract. I always say God has given us everything we need in His creation! We just need to find it. And we FINALLY found it for my husband. It’s changed his life. The brand is Wishgarden Herbs and the tinctures he takes are 1.) Deep Recovery and 2.) Deep stress. He then applies a CBD cream. I’m in no way affiliated, just empathetic to your condition having lived with someone who suffered from chronic bone related pain. Even if it helps shave off some of the pain and brings a little relief it’s worth it! I do hope you feel better! 💕💐
Bite the bullet Liz & seriously consider knee replacement. I suffered a year with my left knee & finally decided to wave the white flag. Went in to see my Orthopedic & scheduled my surgery. Let’s just say it was the best decision that I had ever made! Definitely upon agreement with a few of the other fam. members posting on here. I could have kicked myself for not getting my knee replacement sooner!!! Trust me… you won’t be sorry. Much ❤& big hugs from Texas!!!😘

I really like that cabinet and love all the decor. You know Liz request a wheelchair in advance of traveling through the airport. It doesn't matter how young or old. I'm a lot older than you and the past few years have requested a wheelchair going through the airport, I have knee, leg feet among other issues and this helped so much. If you feel funny get a note from your physician. Feel better.

Charleston is my very very favorite place.
I have had both of my knees done and it was the BEST thing I have ever done! I wish my 10 spinal surgeries were as good.
That being said Liz you should ask for a ride or a wheelchair it doesn’t cost anything.
When you are in pain you have to lear to swallowing your pride to be able to end life . Whether we like it or not life changes. Just so you know I’m 66 years old. I have have had problems with my back since I was 27. I’m not going to give in to it yet!

I have a partial in my right knee and a full in my left.I was always in pain especially when I walked.Getting the surgery was the best thing I ever did.No more pain. Sorry your going though it.I know that pain all too well.Feel better🩷

Liz beautiful venette. When going to the airport all you have to do is call ahead arrange for the golf cart people to take you to your gate.
We do that we have family that can't walk very far and it don't cost anything we tip the driver . Try it once. Hope you are feeling better.
Nice job, Liz! I’m sure that you’re not hoping for knee replacements, however I was like you only with my hips! Did I want them replaced? …no. Did I get them done? …yes. Best move I could have done. Not fun but I was up and no pain within 6 weeks, but actually I was up and moving the next day with a cane. Therapy for 6 weeks and I was good to go. Take care of yourself!!❤

Oh Liz I so sympathize. My left knee is bone on bone & my right knee is either getting there or full of arthritis. Plus I broke my left ankle in 05 & it's full of arthritis. We've had a rainy week & I've been in agony. I wear stretch braces which help some & tylenol when it gets unbearable. So I feel your pain.😢❤ The cabinet came out great.😊

Yes, I agree with the changes you made. You come up with such good ideas. If you're like me you're constantly making little adjustments and changing things around as you see it from a different angle. I sympathize and empathize with your pain. I have loads of pain from a back injury and consequently pain in my hip and knees. I ordered curcumin after watching a RUclips video. You might have seen it, too. I can't wait to find out if it helps me. For now, I suggest you look into it for your pain, too. Love you!

Hi Liz , i am 56 yrs old and i had a knee replacement on Nov 8th.. i have arthritis in my knees and both were bone on bone . Having surgery was the best option for me . i cant believe the difference . I am planning to get the other one done in Sept. The shots no longer worked for me , they didnt last . im looking forward to getting the other done. i was tired of sitting on the sidlines being in pain. i pray you get some relief ! I know how your feeling, sending hugs .

You are just so special! Love all the things you pick out! Get them knees fixed I was a nurse and your pain will get worse. I lived in Charleston for 7 years and did not want to move. I about a hour away. I keep thinking about downsizing at 76 I am beginning to think about it. You makes us feel like a special friend 🤪

Those canisters looked like a dark sand color rather than an olive green. Next time have the airport take you to your gate in a golf cart or wheelchair, you really need to save your bones. A few years ago when flying back to WV from Ca, I had bronchitis and was really fatigued but I could not find my gate & thank God the airport attendant pushing a wheelchair was so sweet, he said get in the chair I’ll take you to your gate!! & thank God because I would have never found it & I would have missed my flight, it truly was like a maze getting to my gate! & ever since then I’m petrified to fly alone. Love the bird!!!

I love your loft apartment. You really decorate it wonderfully. Love the cabinet. It fits right in. I’m moving next spring. I will be going from a 3500 sq ft house to a 1450 sq ft house. I am overwhelmed with the prospect. Decorating will be on a smaller scale for sure. My husband is retiring in January so we are moving to our little house which is paid off so it makes sense. Plus no stairs. We both have knee issues too.

You’ll have to creative with how you store things, but OMG, less to clean, and no stairs is awesome when u have knee issues. My goodness, and to have your home paid off, what a blessing.
