Misinformation: All types of oil are good or bad, and their quality is determined by how they are extracted-cold pressed or hydrogenated. As such, the "expert" never mentioned the Omega-3 and Omega-6 ratios of the oils. Hence, this episode is more misleading than it should be.

if your cholesterol is highest than 6 do your blood test for APO A and APO B then if necessary do your CAC score if the result is good you may no longer need to take a cholesterol tablet(just my personal experience ) sugar and carbohydrates are very bad for our body try to take lest as possible pls every one thanks

近十年来,伴随着认知和健忘问题如Alzheimer disease,代谢综合症如糖尿病和肥胖,低碳高油高蛋白饮食,生酮饮食,intermittent fasting 间歇性断食等的研究,油的认识也颠覆了我们之前的认知。总结以下update 供大家参考互相学习
(1)避免含 trans fat的精致氢化植物油如magerine, shortening, refined vegetable oil blend。(很多国家已经ban 了或警惕提高癌症风险)
(2)动物油含很多saturated fat如猪油,烹饪时比较稳定(椰油同类)。avocado和olive oil 主要为mono unsaturated fat omega 9, 烹饪时也是很稳定。反而含很多omega 6 poly unsaturated fat 的烹饪植物油如米糠油,葵花子和玉米油等不稳定,还没到smoke point 之前就产生很多polar compound 毒素,会造成细胞发炎(这才是最需要关注的重点, smoke point 虽然重要,却是其次了)。omega 3 poly unsaturated fat多的植物油如Flax oil 帮助抗发炎,但不稳定不适稍微高温度的烹饪。
(3)动物的油脂不是高胆固醇和心血管病的主要罪魁祸首,一般人适量食用不是问题,高胆固醇者就得限制了。反而 trans fat和使细胞发炎进而导致胆固醇在动脉血管壁形成硬化斑块的omega 6多的植物油才是主要元凶,尽量避免食用。
(4)我们身体需要“好油”的omega 6:omega 3 的比例为~4:1(WHO)。然而,现代饮食却是~>25:1,严重失衡😢总而言之rule of thumb, saturated fat饱和脂肪,unsaturated fat不饱和脂肪的omega 3,6,9的摄取都得要适量和平衡。
(5)少油饮食的观念不是很对了,反而是一定要食用适量的“好油”和避免“坏油”。主要是健康的细胞膜和影响认知的神经系统需要好油。

每一种油不能否认的确有它的维生素特点但是我个人不建议使用米糠油因为他的欧米伽3:6的比例是1:20。认知油烟点固然重要因为大家都不想吃入高于油烟点以后产生了不必要的反式脂肪但是大量摄取欧米伽6也无形中长期造成了身体发炎。

凡有三点水旁的東西多数是寒性。油、甜、酸、水果、零食、冰冷的食物、末经过煮熟的菜類全部是寒性。
主要是補充十足熱量、正常运动、正常休息、正常飲食、心态良好等等。健康没烦恼。
