Best roller coaster Ive ever seen. It uses only Lego existing parts, the carts are awesome and the whole mechanics of it are a beautiful work of engineering! I loved it!
5:46, 6:00 that’s me in the background with the train t-shirt. Guys, this guy was so cool. He brought his Roller Coaster in during setup right next to me, and I was in awe at the size of his amazing creation. I had never seen anything like it. He said that this was the first time he had had it at a convention in 9 years. Everyone loved it. It brought in crowds, and little kids screamed in joy when it dropped down the slope 😂. I kinda liked have the crowd gatherer near my display so it would attract people lol. Btw Josh I think I was the guy who recommended interviewing him, but you probably saw it before I told you. Again, super nice guy. In the end, he won Second Best in show
Thats awesome man. :D
glad you could make it to the convention dawg. seems great place for enthusiasts gather mad props
He should win the first place
Owen Meschter.
I love how you gave it the retro 90s lego look!!
This is one of the most incredible LEGO builds I've ever seen!
DigitalWizardsStudios ww is the only
What a marvel, and I'm even more impressed with how generous and humble the creator is; he doesn't come off as overly protective/possessive of his work. What a great AFOL. I am truly inspired!
Glad to see Matt still has his rollercoaster up and running!
True legend . The concept was brilliant and more so he is willing to share his knowledge with everyone
5:58 the camera on the loop is a nice detail
👍🏽 good eyes
This is by far the best lego roller coaster I’ve seen, and the most realistic!
Ok, this is definitely one of the most impressive lego creations I've seen like EVER! WOW that is genuis,
Holy molly, what an excellent build
I love Lego roller coasters! This one is great!
amazing build. great use of parts from the 80s and 90s!
That roller coaster was the most impressive coaster I ever saw built in Lego. I am intensely amazed!!!!
This LEGO coaster is AMAZING!!!!!!! It would have been so cool to see a POV but maybe one day! Also would love to see the flatrides at the far end of the display, I'd love to see how he built what looks like the swings and the Octopus!
What a masterpiece and a beautiful build too. Thanks for posting this as well. Have a nice day.
One of the best lego roller coasters ever.
One of the most amazing things I have ever seen
That's a really clever design. Nicely played Matt!
Fine detailed build, it looks heavy massive with the typical 80s Rollercoasterdesignlook Great work .
What’s even crazier is that at this time there weren’t the coaster parts we have now. This is super cool!
This is really cool. I gotta respect that he used those old 4.5V tracks in that way.
Matt is the original LEGO Roller Coaster Creator

Love the vids
👍
I love it
THIS IS INSANE, I LOVE IT
This is incredible !!
Wow this is amazing!
My neighbor brought home a Lego railroad kit that had that track when they came home from Europe in the mid to late 70's. I wanted to get a set for myself but couldn't find it anywhere till I saw it on the computer in probably 2010. My friends Lego kit was a brand new kit only offered in Europe and through special order from what I was told. That coaster is supper awesome!
Always Amazing
This is incredible!
I WAS THERE! Well not in the video, but I saw the roller coaster...so yeah...
This is amazing!
I LIVE FOR THIS CHANNEL
Thanks for watching!
An awesome work, Mister!
FRIKIN AWESOME
This is awesome! 😺😸😺
Great rollercoaster! I don't think I'd have enough pieces to make my fairground MOCs in a scale that big.
That’s sick😊
this is awesome... sorry to hear about all the "lost" riders
I hope you ended up keeping all you riders for the rest of the show! :)
They could fill the empty space in the middle with a cemetery for the dead riders
Copper Corsair lol
Spooky!
!!!😭😱
Thats dark...
Cool! 😀
Nice, I saw the one in Edmonton Alberta Canada. Mostly because I live in that city...
awesome!
This is impressive - so tall!!!
I’d love to see a new version with never and brighter colours - in greens, purples, pinks, yellows and turquoise! Like Hydra at Dorney Park :)
Very cool
What type of tracks do you recommend for a roller coaster build in 2020?
I like that he comments on the legality of his build.
That roller coaster looks so fun to ride on 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀
Awesome
I wondered if it was like Phoenix at Knoebels but I guess it’s just custom. Either way that’s so good!!!!!!
Wow that thing is still alive wow.
This is cool
Very nice video and fun to watch. Have a nice day.
Thanks for watching!
I like it
How are the tracks and roller coaster carts built
Impressive work of physics.
Cool build! Should try and do a POV
This build is so fire man. This build should turn into a Lego Ideas set. 🔥💯🤌
Forgot to bank the turns but cool
What is his website?
Genius.
Guess I got to go to Seattle Brickcon now!
Technically I'd think the spiral around the dragon wouldn't be legal either, otherwise it would just be a closed circle of thrain tracks.
They'd need to be inclined seperately and would have a slight misalignment at the joins which may be dangerous for the passengers.
KNEX is a much better medium to build coasters, but this is amazing. It must be a challenge to transport.
Agreed. KNEX are better for large mechanical things like ball machines ( my specialty), roller coasters, and other works like that. Lego is great for photorealism, but this is just a work of art.
my fellow knex fans
as i always say, lego looks good and knex works good
Rip screaming serpent knex coaster... that was THE best one ever made for the consumer market. Track and trains were decent size. They actually had trains. And you could literally do anything and any kind of track maneuvers you can think of. I had about 7 sets too. So fantastic. Tons of people still build them and include LEGO mindstorm controllers, motors, and pneumatics. Was sooo much fun.
i still have one ss lol, along with a couple others
Picobit how are the flexi rods? That was one of the reasons I thought of selling mine was because I figured they would not hold up with time and thought I should sell them to someone else to enjoy while they last.
Amazing engineering feat, we work with Samaritan's Purse and know your father!
This reminds me of the Kernobals Pheonix
2018 this rollercoaster looks like the LEGO expert rollercoaster set
I know the set dosent have a loop but it just a thought
Lots of pacing issues gonna have to rate it a 6/10
Just kidding easily 10/10 nice job
I just had an ad on this video for sixflags great America...
I want to be able to do this as well
up can be so much simpler and smoother.
Edmonton represent
I SAW YOU FILMING THAT
Can I buy this coaster
113 people got roller coaster phobia lol!
It's kind of sad hearing people coping or stealing your design without asking permission
HappyBrick1985 You can't patent LEGO creations. :)
Unless they claim they came up with the design, there's no harm done.

I'VE MADE 3 FICTION BRAKE SYSTEMS AND AN ANTI-ROLLBACK SYSTEM AND A COASTER THAT CAN POTENTIALLY USE ALL BRAKING SYSTEMS
Hi 6
This set would set you back about $4999.99
I rather pay this roller-coaster for $800 or less ...than I have to pay the $800 Star wars millennium falcon!!
R.R - VR46 i mean, who wouldnt?
Oh great, I am getting a time machine to 1991 :D
Omg
8
is there a pov of this
This was built before I was born...
In Danmark there is a roller coaster that looks just like that
This coaster is 10 times better than the newly released official Lego version. The loop is awesome. The Lego version seems kind of lame to me for $380.
And this would probably cost 10x as much too.
If not waaaaaay more
Hi
that ride would be horrifying in real life😂😂
Yeah the drop looks so intense and the loop would make you puke!
Amazing build very jealous!
Guy said 'Ope' around 50 seconds... He's from the Midwest, guaranteed
I want to make lagoon canabolt
Beautiful fantastic👍👍 you are genius
If Leonardo da Vinci had Lego he would have built this!!
2 years to build? Longer than a real roller coaster
_intensity : 10.01 _*_(extreme)_*
I wish I was a lego minifigre
the flat track is ilegie
Phoenix looks too intense for me.
