I love these types of videos because it helps me when I'm with a friend my highschool doesn't fund our soccer team as much as everyone else and our coaches aren't even soccer coaches they're basketball and football and me watching these help me with individual practice

If you can do a camp in Chicago or anywhere in Illinois I'll ask my high school coach to take our players to it. We did a camp not long ago at a college and I'm sure my coach would love to do another camp. Btw I love your videos!

Question? When you are doing the drill that involves the decision making, it seemed that Moes first touch left him where he had to kind of dig it out from underneath him to strike. He had wonderful accuracy! I am always asking my players to purchase more of a favorable touch before the strike to generate more power. Should I change that?
+tim ceseretti That was actually one of my coaching points! But in that area where he may be inside the box, his touch may need to be close so as to not give any of the defenders the chance to take it away. Great point Tim!
Coach Javi makes total sense! So, I guess it depends on the size of the box that is created for the player to work in?
+tim ceseretti well It depends on the area he is in. When I said box I meant inside the 18. There's going to be lots of defenders there so he needs a close touch. If it was in the middle of the field he could take a more positive touch since he will have more space. I hope that makes sense.

At 1:34 what's the point of the sand bag or whatever that is if he keeps putting his foot down
Jimmy Y Daniel Rivas it not to keep his foot down, it’s to make him off balance, it’s like standing on a yoga ball. It helps improve balance/stability, core and getting clean touches will your not in the best position like when a player is trying to nudge you as you receive it.
