Luisa goes: I'm the strong one, I'm not nervous. You go, girl, it was lovely to see you in this workout, it gave me confidence that I would be able to do it.
💪🏾 Great workout! Natalie’s energy and motivation always keeps me going till the end! This is my 3rd time doing Natalie's workouts and she's quickly becoming one of my favorites! Love the diversity and different body types! 👍🏾 Shoutout to Luisa for doing the modifications! Will do this workout again! Thanks, Natalie 🤗❤
Oh my days, the ab workout at the end was killer. I couldn’t even do one sit up the first time I did this workout but the second time around I did it. I am so pleased and feel so accomplished haha. Thanks Natalie, Madisyn and Luisa❤ I loooove the colour scheme of the studio and outfits. They’re such happy mood boosting colours,
dang why did the editors crop luisa out during the quad stretch 👀 Anyway I really like Natalie! I was gonna say this was easier to handle than her previous relentless one, but then the total body round happened 😂 Had to create breaks during that one 😅 I love seeing Luisa and her 20 second comment is so real ! I would love for Natalie to demo some of the modified moves herself just so Luisa and others feel more included in the coaching itself.
What exactly is the point of doing circuits of 3 individual high knees followed by 2 jumping jacks? There seems to be very little cardio benefit, let alone actual exercise/muscle benefit. I think this workout was poorly put together and poorly thought out, and I agree when the instructor Natalie mentions that she doesn't have enough vocal energy to lead people through a workout well.
love that you included a fat person in your workout, but wth with so few modifications offered or explained except as a total afterthought. You hung her out to dry while you cheered on Madisyn, felt really icky
No offense but I just want to know, the woman in yellow is perfect in all her moves, she looks fit and flexible but why the fat percentage is high if she is doing all this... Sorry in advance if I hurt anyone's sentiment but I wanted to know so asked 🙏
Hi Abhilasha! Everyone has a different body and there are so many factors that impact people's weight and body shape, such as what you eat, how often you exercise, how intensely you exercise, your genetics, your hormones, your stress levels, how much you sleep, etc. Exercise is one of these factors, but NOT the only one. Just like some people are thin without doing any exercise, some people can be fat even doing exercise and eating healthy. It can have to do with genetics, hormonal imbalance, and other things. We are just not very used to seeing fat people exercise because there is still a lot of body shaming in society and that can make it harder for people with bigger bodies to exercise for reasons such as: they are harrassed in gyms or team sports environments, they are not hired to coach or teach in gyms, they are told they should "be embarrassed" or even that they are not capable (which is a lie). It is really good that nowadays this is slowly changing and we get to see more people of different shapes exercising and being healthy. In sum, being healthy and active does NOT equal being skinny and/or muscular, active and healthy bodies come in many shapes and sizes!
@@aglaiaruffinojalles2244 hey thanks a lot for your response and making me aware, towards my ignorance of these factors thanks 🙏❤️ Here in my society actually we get judged for being over weight and going to gym, I mean even if you go to the gym for your well-being you get stared of being fat or a looser, it seems a vicious cycle..... Thanks a lot dear ❤️
Poor diet and poor physical activity. Genes have little to do with it. Ignore the non-scientific replies - here is what Harvard has to say: www.hsph.harvard.edu/obesity-prevention-source/obesity-causes/
@@abhilasha3949 No problem, I am happy to help! ❣Sadly, this prejudice is still very common, but hopefully one day everyone will be more aware and accepting of diverse human bodies!
This is what is needed, diversity in body size 👍🏿😍
