Love that lagging! Just a small point about the chipboard floor repair. You really need a support along the edges or just in the middle on a small piece like that otherwise it will just snap as soon as someone treads on it. Put in a longer timber piece in and screw that to the surrounding floor to support the bit you've patched in.

Hi Pete, was in Paris last week & saw a sparkys Vivaro van with a full size lockable cage in the back. Bit similar to what the Police use. No reinforced locks or metal plates outside, just the lockable cage with all the gear inside. Would be good for the #novanber 👍🏻

4 things everyone competing should know,
    1. Technique can make up for size,
    2. Natural strength beats gym mussels 9 times out of 10,
    3. Never underestimate The Hod Carrier, no matter how small he looks
    4. Scaffolders aren't allowed to compete. Not many people would stand a chance against those boys!

18:30 I hate how the VSmart module needs that ugly wall-wart power supply! Surely Vaillant could've come up with a more elegant solution, say for instance, by having it run off the boiler's PCB (or perhaps via an internal PSU module, instead).
I just had one fitted and it's sorting itself out with the algorithm, so I'm just letting it do its thing. I have to say that setting up the heating schedules was an utter ballache, and massively overly-complicated (in comparison to normal 7-day programmers).
I found that so long as the last daily heating event doesn't overlap into the following day (i.e. past midnight), then it's easy to copy across for all the other days.. otherwise you'll be sat there pulling your hair out! 😬
