I typically only use the white map for super greasy track when I am chugging along. I find the green map has way better low end which I like for technical stuff. Makes it easier to pop the front end. It just takes more clutch work to keep under control.
@@glenn5ft19 Thinking I’ll be able to start riding next week. It’s still a bit swollen and working on getting the full range of motion back, but I took a mini rip around the block today and it felt alright 👍🏻
Every time I come here I think I'm going to have an easier time, but that is certainty not the case. I get spanked every time. Right, it's hard to tell what the original line was in some spots. The wear is evident when watching back old videos. That rock slab on LMS was almost completely covered with dirt... now it is fully exposed.
@@stewy_604 Usually the AT81EX for most of the year, and then I put a VE33S on for summer. I also really like the IRC JX8, but the AT81EX lasts longer.
@@BrentVdz907 Maybe a little 😅 Knew I could ride better, but I can’t expect to ride at my best all the time. Getting up this is an accomplishment in of itself.
Dang trail looks like it’s getting pretty blown out. That one guy on the internet is making this area popular I see. Also, add some air. You don’t have any in the back. That would help.
@@chadrides914 I don’t think any maintenance gets done here. Maybe a couple rocks rolled off here and there. Usually how it is for the upper trails, they get harder every year. Wanted less air so the tire would flatten and have more contact with the ground, but the tire was too stiff.

Looks like one hell of a workout. Definitely would be less fun without electric start lol
@@twkdmtb It would be torture with a kick start haha. Can’t imagine trying to kick start my bike on some of the hills.
@@stanbarry yeah I’m looking at that thinking “nope” good on you man
Those are tough trails man, great job
@@darrenracine4660 One day I hope I can flow it 🤘🏻
Great work! Could you let me know the model of those handguards?
Thanks! They are SXS burley hand guards.
“I might benefit from letting some air pressure out…. “WHAT TIRE PRESSURE?? 😂
I like the tire to be FLAT on this stuff. LOL 😂
Great ride...that is a gnarly trail! Question, since you have a map switch wouldn't selecting the white map be better for this type of trail?

@@stanbarry Gotcha...I have a new '24 300 but the map switch was backordered so I didn't get it. Might spring for one here.
@@BraaapoholicBob Yup, they’re good to have. Can play around with the maps and see what you like. Just sucks they’re so expensive for what they are.
Just wondering if you ever plan on doing a video on the upgrades you’ve done and opinion on them. Thanks
Yes, this is something I could do. Was just making a list of my aftermarket parts I have and it’s longer than I was expecting.
That’s hard work riding that stuff. How’s the finger doing?

"This is kickin my ass"......ya no shit LOL I cannot believe how used that trail is now and how many "ride arounds" there are.
