    Don’t do # 1 as it will hurt your back permanently
    #3 will give you a “thick” side muscle, which is not nice if you are less than 5,8”height type of guy

    How many lbs. Is the required weight for the dumbbells? I've Been using 25lbs. One and it gets tiring after a while.
