    I used to get pain in my ribs/chest area every time I want to try push ups. The keep your elbow by the side tip really changed everything and I’m now finally making progress in my upper body strength. Thank you for everything you do!

    So I had a complete hip replacement back mid July…..that is 100 percent healed 7 weeks out! No pain, no issues HOWEVER, I have had quad weakness since then. I am doing PT twice a week but still using the walker and cane as my leg is still week and doesn’t always feel like my knee will support me. Also, when sitting I can not kick out or slowly lower my leg. Help

    I can only walk with my left leg straight and “locked”. I’ve lost a lot of muscle. I am unable to bend my knee because it can’t hold any weight. My knee is also bone on bone. 😞
    What exercises can help strengthen my leg?

      All you can do is strengthen the muscles. You lose fat head to toe and fat around the waist is always last. Get out and walk.

    Love you guys. Bob and Brad rocks.Are there videos by you/ can you make something for car driving ergonomics and rehab. With the slow paced traffic in India or over long drives the right foot(RHS drive here) goes back and forth between break and accelerator paddle and the left is reserved for clutch. This with inclination etc causes the right foot muscles to fatigue resulting in instability, tightness on left shoulder chest and left side body tightness, impingement in right foot specially ankles. And later nerve impingement causing pain. Many a times professional cab drivers would sit in a twisted position. Left shoulder also gets affected or starts to pain as that's used to move the gear shift rod. Add to it the diet and lack of exercise and you have a flood of patients with ankle sprains and frozen shoulder like symptoms, awkward walk or sitting and inability to squat or sit normally in a crossed legged position. I think you might be aware of something similar but exact opposite in States because of LHS driving there. Thank you.
