12 Hours of WCML Action @ Nuneaton, Tamworth & Stafford - 12th January 2024

Welcome back to another video, todays video is Locomotive Hauled Trains @ Nuneaton, Tamworth & Stafford. As we were booked in for the night at Crewe prior to doing The Ayr Extension Railtour we decided to do a freight day along the middle part of the West Coast Mainline. Over the 14 hour period we saw just over 60 workings which is pretty good. Highlights included various light engine moves including 37409 + 20096 & 107 working 0Z97 Eastleigh Works-Crewe HS, 37401 & 402 hauling Minions 73951 & 952 working 0Z58 Kidderminster-Worksop, 67006 + 92011 working 0A06 Crewe IEMD-Wembley HS, 20142 & 189 working 6Z20 Kidderminster-Old Dalby barrier wagon move, Quad headed Freightliner 90s working 4L96 Trafford Park-Felixstowe and much more!

Thank you and it just doesn't really interest me as much anymore. I have always been more into freight since I was young but the variety worked before COVID. However ever since getting a DSLR I would rather take photos than film passenger trains unless they are interesting!
