not sure if the numbers are still accurate but: 360 knots for the rate fight. use stick pull to limit and try to keep the circle as flat as possible 150 for stall speed. stall isnt loss of control, but rather inability to maintain straight line flight without losing altitude. 12 degree's of AoA for vertical fight. Your circle should be very egg shaped if ONLY going straight up and down. dont merge faster than 450 knots unless you know what to do with the extra speed. looked like the 15 spoon fed you the fights tho
