I rarely do this but I gave this a thumbs up for the simplicity of this video. No music, no chatter box commentary from the chef, just the recipe which I came for. Thank you so much for this

I particularly like that Mr. Lim does not talk and make inane remarks and lame conversation ... unlike other jokers who think that we are interested in them. He simply makes his actions speak for him. I almost always turn the video on mute when I watch others cook. This is a pleasant change, indeed. Thank you!

Thank you very much for the recipe, Michael. I made them today because I wanted my kids to enjoy these buns that we used to get in dim sum coffee shops that we called them Big Buns (Da Bao). It was a treat and special to get them.
I have tried other recipes and accidentally found yours and knew that yours would work because I have followed your other baking recipes successfully. I added soaked dried mushroom in order to make them special like the big buns. It's a success. Thank you very much!

Hello Delight Thai DVD/s. I had thought also of Michaels strong muscled arm while doing the work on these Buns./Donuts etc. But, He is a Young man I feel and being a pastry chef is not exactly that easy to perform, So HE gets to develop these muscles. HE is fantastic with his Video performances. All I can do is, admire his abilities.
