I'm currently downloading the iso file for windows 11, and I also some reason can't use my keyboard or mouse at all. Im scared, and idk what to do.

I had this issue too. But it was solved by just turning off the computer three times! Quite weird! I was ready to get into the command prompt, but windows properly booted. I had error (blinitializelibrary failed 0xc00000bb). Hopefully won't have this again when I restart.
I Reboot my pc 3 times but automatic tepair dont shows up and i want to reset my pc but when i click problem then it instantly goes to andvanced options it dont even shows me the reset button😭

My pc has letter E as the principal instead C, idk but every tutorial does not work, when I try to run. bootrec /rebuildbcd it says that found an installation on letter E, then, no matter what option I select (yes, no, todo), it says that it could not find the device😢

Windows 10 startup repair isn't really reliable at all Its only capable of fixing altered system boot files And for the rest of bugs such as bad drivers, registry, boot configuration incorrect data, its gonna fail. Windows 7 startup repair is way better. At this point, some updates are probably breaking windows 10 purposely to force us to upgrade to windows 11

Could it be caused by the boot drive having too much on it?
Even if i breathe wrong on my power button it will immediately shut off not allowing me to get the automatic repair screen

I had to do bootsect /nt60 sys before the second command but c:boot\bcd -h -r -s never worked even with the e or d drive letter
There's no C:\boot folder

Of the laptop is very old and using hdd . Hope it corrupt. Make sure installing fresh OS. Of its again happens, it means hardware issue
