The uziza will enhance the flavour, the water leaf will give the soup an amazing texture and consistency, the ugu will give this soup that lovely crunch and texture too.I am so inspired to try. Thanks for sharing with so much Love ❤️

Hi, Love your videos. I noticed your sound track is quite short and ends abruptly which kind of distracts from the videos. If it is okay with you, send me the sound track and I can help you stretch it professionally for maybe 30 mins so your editor has some flexibility. This is not a paid service. Just thought to help. Your video is only as good as your audio and music plays a great part in that. Let me know if you are okay with that. Thanks and keep on giving beautiful videos.
Ify, please when you open your pot by lifting up the lid, don't put the lid inner face down on any surface......always put it down inner surface up like you did at first. E get why. Well done!
Ify your kitchen is so so clean and beautiful please I can I use scent leaf in place of uziza leaf because the scent of uziza is kinda too aromatic for me and makes me want to throw up
Scent leaves might be too overpowering. I don't think it will work. You just very little uziza to really, but scent leaf...not a good idea. My two scents.
Fermented locust beans. Gives an umami flavour, it's the west African version of miso (fermented soy). Stinks to the high heavens but the taste is irreplaceable especially in Egusi, Ogbono vegetable soup etc
This is the only vegetable soup tutorial you need in 2024!!! Woww, so perfect in every sense of the word. Thank you for this!

Ife you look different from the last time I watched you. Are you expecting.? You look good though. Remain blessed.
Can I replace the uziza leaves with kale leaves? Bcos I don have uziza leaves here. Thanks waiting for your reply 😊
Ah no...uziza is added because of the special flavour it gives. If you do not have uziza, you can just use 2 vegetables.
Please what is ogiri okpei in English incase i go to the market??and is it common in the market and easy to find??
???
