    When using the adhesive vinyl, you can also get transfer film (essentially a big roll of clear tape) to move the stencil over to your cloth and then you don't have to add bridges only to remove them later.

    • @SeekerGoldstone
      @SeekerGoldstone Месяц назад

      How exactly does that work? How do I use the transfer film to transfer the stencil? Like... what are the required steps.
      I am trying and failing to conceive of a way to both cut out the islands and also have them floating in the right positions on something like the transfer film.

    • @fbiguy5269
      @fbiguy5269 18 дней назад

      @@kw9801 Das muss irgendeine Art von Klebefolie aufjedenfall sein. Ich hatte eine vom Baumarkt probiert die ist aber eher für Holz geeignet und reißt zuviel Stoff weg. Hab danach versucht eine Plotterfolie zu finden die man als Schablone nutzen kann die sind aber eher zum aufbügeln und bleiben dann auch am Stoff kleben als Motiv. Hab bis heute nichts vergleichbares hier gefunden. Benutze aktuell Freezerpaper. Ist eine gute Alternative aber wenn man die zu lange Bügelt reißt die auch viel Stoff weg. Ist echt krass das es nichts vergleichbares hier gibt.

      @@fbiguy5269 aber was ist überhaupt freezerpaper? 😅

    • @fbiguy5269
      @fbiguy5269 17 дней назад +1

      @@kw9801 Freezerpaper ist eine Art Wachspapier mit einer Plastik Schicht auf einer Seite. Eigentlich nutz man es um z.B. Fleisch einzupacken und anschließend einzufrieren. Du schneidest deine Schablone auf der Normalen Seite aus und bügelst es anschließend auf deinen Stoff mit der Plastik Seite. Dadurch klebt es leicht am Stoff und du kannst deine Schablone ausmalen. Danach einfach abreißen und wegschmeißen. Gibt es in den Meisten Supermärkten nicht, kann man aber Online bestellen.
