This list was extremely true and factual, I agree with every single placement except the VoP logo, it's a bit too rectangly for A tier, probably C tier
Maybe I'm being lazy by not searching(I do plan on looking at more of your videos) but was curious if you have a video comparing bands old vs new logos. Cannibal Corpse, origin, gorguts, death. I also respect when bands will at least change their logo for a major lineup change or evolution in the band, but also the same respect for riding the same logo for the band itself despite who's in it

Rectal Smegma, Silencer, Dehumanizing Itatrain Worship, and short bus pile up.
I feel like these are diverse from each other

Hell yeah mate the Summoning logo is such a bleedin CLASSIC - love it. Ohhh that'd be a hard one haha, I'd probably have to go for maybe D 🤔 the lack of balance and mish-mash of weights etc don't sit well visually for me, however the logo screams cavernous black metal misery so it hits the nail on the head right there and serves its purpose perfectly haha

Vale of Pnath are fantastic, Accursed is an amazing album. theyre like Cthulhu-themed blackened death metal. super surprised to see them included here actually lol

I think the main inspiration for the Venom logo was the logo of the Welsh band Budgie.

I feel like the Possessed logo could of looked better with the P being the inverted cross and the D having the Devil Tail..

Haha yeah it can be tricky to try switch of the personal taste and try to objectively critique stuff - in hindsight id prob do this quite a bit differently but sure it's just a bitta craic either way!
Judas Priest and Party Cannon are easily S tier. I think you were right on about 60% of this list.

Mayhem logo simply the best for me. But not my favorite black metal band.
Archspire are technical death metal, not djent or metalcore. :)
My favorite logos here are Revocation, Obituary, Death, and Archspire, but my favorite logo of all time is Emperor's logo. Party Cannon is my least favorite logo here, and honestly, Darkthrone, Mayhem, Autopsy, Absu, Blood Incantation, and the one at 12:06 don't do much for me either. The last two take illegibility too far, to the point where I can't even read them. I prefer logos that are somewhat illegible, but you can still read what they're saying. I can't check out a band if I can't read the logo.

I agree half of these logos you can’t read and the ones that you can read while still looking aggressive are so low on the list.
