- Fit for the Gods, this recipe is a unique taste. Very simple recipe, equal parts of raw rice, par-boiled rice and Urad dal, coarsely ground and fermented. Steamed in Banana leaf inside steel tumblers. Serve with satvik sambar.

My mother's receipe: raw rice, boiled rice n udad dhal in the same proportion only. But seasoning is different.
asafoetida, dry ginger, equal quantity of pepper n jeera are coarsely ground n seasoned with sesame oil.
