I bought this and the Gojira kit today. I literally don’t have to EQ or compress anything. It’s perfect to my taste out the box except for adjusting the room mic on some parts of the kit. Definitely using Mixwave from now on. All I’ve ever used was GGD.
Bro, please guide me into getting this thing going. I’ve got it all downloaded/installed on my pc (native access, kontact 7 player), but now I’m stuck.
@@Larryriley3 I’m not even sure..I am a virgin when it comes to this stuff dude lol. I bought the Luke Holland library for my e-kit, followed every step in the email I received to download/install it but still cannot get this mf to function. It says it uses this app called “Kontakt” in “Native Instruments.” I bought a Volt audio interface with it as well.
I own this and the Mario Duplantier kit, they're awesome and they save a lot of time. I think adding an humanizer feature just like the submission stuff will make this plugin even better. Maybe an option for blast beat dynamics(?) or a timing randomizer, I don't know
It's easy to do it on Kontakt, just create another instrument channel and then drag a trigger sample for a kick drum or snare... But I suggest to you to update all libraries with a stack trigger layer function to import samples (you can add some of factory) but it´s the only thing that I miss on this amazing libraries. GREAT JOB! Keep growing!
Some of the best sounding snares I have ever heard! Damn! Does it only come with 1 kick option? Is it possible to replace it with one from your other libraries?
I have Gojira and it's monstrous!! As for variation, from Gojira, which of the other 3 plugins would be the best way to go? Congratulations on a great product!!
Can someone please explain to me how to get the mapping of the "Midi CC Trigger" to work properly? It ONLY maps to "Tip Tight" even though there are two hihat trigger zones. Even when I hit in the second trigger zone in the second midi mapping spot it still wont hit "Edge" sound. Is that a specific thing with this pack in particular when a hihat can only have one sound?
I just want to know when I'm using this kit. The cymbals sound amazing on this video But when I'm using then (mind you 0 processing) they sound very bright and ear piercing. Something I'm doing wrong?
Maybe you should update the preset that’s from the album because it’s prettyyyyyy easy to tell it’s not even close to the album sound other than the kick and the snare. The cymbals sound like they’re so far away from the rest of the kit. And the snare room/verb is quiet as hell.
@@tendingtropic7778 I like it better. The kits Mixwave is making are just insanely good sounding right out of the box. To my ears they are the best sounding on the market currently and I spend way to much money on drum software lol.
tnx. I already have SD3 with the decades pack, more than enough to keep me busy for now. I suppose SD3 also has more functions in terms of the midi sequencer and customisation of the sensitivity when playing edrums and such!
GGD sucks compared to this. Actually, GGD just sucks. I kept buying kits trying to replace Slate 5. And I’ve finally found one that will. So thank you for this.
@@eDrumsandVSTs I bought Luke holland and it rips. SSD was great. But wanted some more modern drum tones. GGD Had a lot of promises. The holland kit is amazing
One of the most waited and BEST plugins ever!!! Bravo Mixwave!!! 👏👏👏👏
All of your drums were awesome! They all have perfect snare tone cymbal tone sounds wonderful. I’m looking forward to your next product
this was one of the best black friday snags ive gotten in a long time! the drums sound so fantastic

This is something you can do easily in the Presonus Studio One DAW drum roll. Not sure tough if available in any other DAW

so cool, and the bass drum sounds like the machine gun from vintage Amiga 500 POW game !
How do you separate the crashes cymbals tho?

It is possible to frankenstein kits- we're planning to make a video covering that process in the near future!

Will this work with a second floor tom? And will it work with Reaper?
Anyone else have an issue with routing the drums out and then not being able to hear the comp and eq sections?? Other than that the kit sounds killer
Hey! If you want to shoot us a message at support@mixwave.net we can try and help you out/figure out what's going on. :)
Does this give us the midi files so we can edit patterns?
but how do i use them in kontakt if thayre tci files and wont show up in access.

Is there a way to add more toms? Different sizes but the same songs signature
Any easy way to use this effectively with a Roland TD-27 module? Having issues setting up the hi-hat pedal dynamics.
what is the talkback channel on the mixer?
man why the 2 tom replace with a fx cymbal?? its so odd! just kidding😂, great library!
🍺🥃🍾🤘
Killer job on this kit guys! I'm gonna pick this one up for sure!!! You guys are making the best sounding vsti drum kits hands down!
even better than superior drummer 3?

@@tendingtropic7778 Definitely more features in SD3, but if you want a kit that just sounds incredible from the start = get Mixwave
can you duplicate the rack tom and tune it lower to expand the kit?
It would take a separate instance in kontakt, but absolutely!
Hola amigo saludo desde ecuador me podrias compartir es nki
how much GB is this libary
Most mixwave packs are between 3 and 5 GB.
