Great info Cody! I thought I knew all about fishing line but I learned a lot here. We typically use mono but thinking of switching to braid. I think the mono really adds to the birds nests that the kids create.

Other ideas hopefully with be Knots and understanding all the jibberish on rods and how it correlates to action and strength.
Also, go to Dollorama and get a spool of 15lb braid. 125 yards for 5 bucks! Haven't used it yet but I'm super curious! 😅😅😅

@@SaskFisher The Dollorama in Yorkton olhad a few spoils of it when last I was there. Every store is slightly different. I know they also sell spinning reels for 7 bucks and monofilament line too. Happy shopping! 😁
