I do not think I would be Orthodox without your 2022 video. The Lord will bless you for getting through that terrible year (it was one of the first years of my life too)
Hi Bojan and all who read this comment. Try not to beat yourself up and remember that God loves us in light of having the fullest understanding of who we are, in what we have done, and in what we have failed to do. Thank you for making the video and take care.
Yes -- so thankful for you in general, and especially for the "Becoming an Orthodox Christian" video. I can't tell you how many FB posts I have responded to in comments with a link to it. A worthwhile life's work (even if my linking it did get me temporarily banned from one group whose "no links" rule I had forgotten! 😂) -- may there be many more! 🙏🕯️☦️
This video feels like a gift from God, as it came at the perfect time. Thank you for sharing it. I actually missed church this morning due to a panic attack. It struck for several factors, but one of the reasons involved having to return to my day job after the winter break (I work at a school). I'm a writer and freelance editor, and have been wanting to pursue it full time for a while now. It's very difficult to give up the time I'd rather spend creating to a job that, while somewhat simple and admittedly rewarding, I'd rather not be doing. I look forward to the future talents and purpose video! My husband and I have been fans of yours for years now - we actually will be celebrating our 6th "Ortho-versary" tomorrow on [New Calendar] Theophany! We appreciate the work you do. Anyway, I think I'll go pray the akathist to St. Xenia now, as I'm hoping to find a remote job or more consistent freelance work. As the Lord wills! 😊
I see work as a means to an end. Not something that should define your entire life. As for me I was willing to walk away from corporate IT to get more days in the gym and train to be a boxer. I am not making as much money but I would say I am in a better place now than if I continued my day job.
Being fragmented might not be such a negative issue, as many people are fragmented, and it's through being fragmented that they are more creative and spontaneous. I've followed this channel for quite some time, and of all the Orthodox channels on RUclips, yours is the the most 'raw' and accessible. My parish church in the UK is of the 318 Fathers of the 1st Ecumenical Council, which was 1,700 years ago this year. It is a major anniversary. I'd be really interested in you visiting for a day conference being held. I think that your channel and the manner of your presentation is quite unique and very accessible, as are you. Other Orthodox RUclips 'channelists' travel a lot and benefit from conferences and wider visibility. I think that this could be something you'd benefit from and add to your income and your very important contribution to Orthodoxy... which I am sure you'd disagree with, of course.
What is the name of the RUclips channel you were trying to say around 23 minutes into your video about artists achieving their dream through willpower?
I was told that orthodox Christians think of God as being impossible to understand. I mean, if you think that God has some certain property as for instance being infinitely wise, what happens actually is that God has nothing to do with your way of thinking. Do you know if Jewish people think of God in a similar way as you do ?? Thanks

I can relate a lot to you Bojan. Similar struggles. God bless you ☦

Thank you my sibling in Christ for this video. I’m going through many challenges in my life and needed to hear this very much. God bless you!

Hm interesting? Are you doing stuff like Networking or taking care of your company's IT infrastructure?
@RockstarRomania More or less. But I couldn’t keep up anymore. I was already past burnout and it was affecting my physical and mental health.
I wish I could one day make a living off of my work.
