Great review. Loved the idea of using a vehicle loaded up like it's meant to be used. That's been one aspect I've believed all OEMs (SxS's and full trucks etc) use when deciding payload. A Raptor or Powerwagon have lower payloads not only due to their inherent designs, but also due to the intended uses they're (more) likely to be put through.
Hey Steve, I think the loaded hydro-line test was a really good example for how these will perform while actually working. Please make it a staple for the reviews. Maybe also add an all terrain trailer and load it up for a towing test for SXS and ATVs.
I think this should be a standard test for the working sxs. Show how much firewood each can carry etc. we love our Yamaha Viking eps. Doesn’t need to be the fastest but goes 50 mph and hauls firewood every year and great on our trails in lake county mi
I have a 2022 mule pro fxt ranch edition and I love it. The 800 is under powered though, it's ok but more power is always a good thing. Really glad they went with a bigger engine for more power.
I love this new Mule. I had a 2015 and loved everything about it. The only thing it was lacking was more power! Now that they put a 1000 cc motor in it, I’m sold! I put a deposit down on one today, but I found out that there is a Stop Sale order from Kawasaki on it regarding a fire risk. The dealership cannot release/deliver the mule until Kawasaki provides a fix. As of now, they have not issued a fix. Just wondering if you guys have heard anything regarding this issue.
Man if these things had a front diff lock I'd be sold.....being that they don't I'm in the market for a Teryx S LE....Really wanting something for the farm and for the trails!
Having driven a Kubota for doing actual work very impressed by these upgrades. Still would take the Kubota but maybe this is a sign this massive and incredibly overpriced market is starting to finally mature somewhat.
You missed unlatching and latching down the sliding seat when transitioning from 6 to 3. It's not just the angle supports on the bed. Take your time next time. Good video tho
Seriously interested in the 1000 mule now. Is it comfortable enough for day riding on trails? Looking for something to do work but also go for a nice ride every now and then.
It’s a decent machine but at the same time parts of it seem a bit half assed. Also the test run through the so called mud seemed not so muddy. Like the bottom was quite solid and it was more than likely just muddy colored water.
You need a mid, can barely news you. I like kawsakis especially the Trex, but they need to start playing the game imo. This is where Polaris, canamechanical special and even cfmoto are over taking them leaving them in the dust bin of yesteryear.
Man, you looked cramped in the cab, looks like a kids toy almost. Way too small for me. They still have the engines made in China? If that is so that is a no go. One more thing, then you said full loaded, not by a long shot is that fully loaded, where is the cab, no heat, power windows, power steering, like on my ranger 900xp 3-seater for 3 men. You won't get 2 guys in that without bumping uglies. Pity with the Chinese engine & makes you wonder what else.
No one does real world testing like TK. Excellent work gents! 🍻
Hear hear!

Great video & review ! Way to put that Mule to work !!
Great video TK! That expanding bed is a brilliant feature. Cheers gents!
I’m sold on the mule, however, would like to see a front locking diff.
They nailed it on almost everything
Air filter and cvt air intake should have been much higher
Great video dude! Thanks for taking the time.

Nice video. I love my 2024 Mule, but can't use it because of the recall. I hope Kawasaki figured it out soon.

has it gotten rid of the clutch rattle fro the 800? Drives me crazy
Always included a fully loaded test please!
The ultimate workhorse
There's a fire risk recall on the 1000cc 2024 MULE PRO-FXT, PRO-FXRT &PRO-FX - no fix. All dealers have been ordered to stop sale.
The HD model has the self leveling rear end too
Great video, I have the same one, and love it!👍🏻
You should do a video on Tire sealants and shootouts compared to other simple plugs I do like the Tireject product that Luke did on dirtTraks
I wonder if the 1000 motor will make it into the Teryx 2/4 seater
The pro fx 1000 hd have self leveling suspension

The pioneer 700-4/1000-5 can absolutely dump

Should have measured the distance between the tire and the bed for a true comparison.
Folk wanting a front locker and whatnot dont get what this rig is about.

Great work machine for a farmer. 1000lb is a great load.
If the Mule goes through a swamp, does that make it a swamp donkey?

Maybe for play machines but not for working machines.
Is this guy mario vitali?
2 QH lights/2 LED lights
The honda pioneer 100% has a dump bed Not sure where you got your information from but it's wrong
Hope Kawasaki workers didn't take 'the juice' so they can continue manufacturing 😮
Don’t buy one they are under recall with no answer just to park them ours only has 100 miles on it!!!!
You can’t buy one they have them on sale hold until they fix the problem.
Problem is fixed. It’s about a 20-30 minute job. Just got mine back from the recall fix.
I dont understand why yqll put on these helmets by now Kawasaki knows no one wears helmets with these machines. 😊
