It shocks me the topic of this video is still scarcely touched on and this Dr. offers a perfect explanation that fits wht's happened to me and to many other gym goers. Sadly almost all hair doctors I came across do not have knowledge in this subject matter and thus could not warn off their patients. More people who suffer should really watch this. I learned it the hard way by thinking I was not nutritionally prepared for my routine and took quite some supplements for 2-3 years (vitamins, whey, creatine), the result is it excelerated my symptoms. i only stopped because I started to feel "not right". It begs the question of "should predisposed people hit the gym for anabolic/heavy weight exercise at all?"
@@Pulga232 No, my hair loss started when I began to lift weight three years ago, then the whey, creatine, BCAA and other supplements like vitamins just made it worst. To be frank, one would get by with just 2-3 meals a day in modern society, you don't need that much vitamins, even for casual gym goers (professional athletes might be on another level and thus demand more nutrient intake), my replenishment simply compounded the thinning.
I can’t describe how important your channel and your videos are for humanity and science. The fact you giving this Information for free shows that you are not only a great doctor but also a great human.
So basically those who are genetically disposed to pattern baldness even in slightest norms should do both anaerobic and aerobic exercises and should not consume any kind of supplements Thank you so much for putting the video on this particular topic big thumbs up to you doc.
hi, hav eu got male pattern baldness and if yes how do u able to stop it. As i joined gym ifeel my hairloss is increasing and I am genetically disposed to male pattern baldness, plz help
I've been doing gym workouts for the past 2 months and these are the positive impacts on my health: 1. Reduction in stress levels at significant level 2. In my crown area, I'm seeing a regrowth on a bald patch, with a swirl shape forming with miniature, but healthier hair 3. Significant drop in falling of hair strands 4. Thicker hair 5. Weight loss ofc 6.have regained a lot of confidence from my hair and posture improvement Also, along with healthier lifestyle options ( like a balanced sleep cycle, lots of fibrous and green food items, drop in intake of processed/refined food, walking 1-2km daily with my dog), I'm also using minoxidil+finastride, ashwagandha, green tea...applying hair oil 1/2 times a week, regular champi by a barber using indigenous mustard oil. Those are some options I've adopted in my life and they're definitely reaping great results
bro it is opposite to me i have a good hair strands and thickness before joining the gym but after three months iam facing more hairloss as doctor mentioned my paternal gene has baldness
Hi doc, let me tell you that the value of the content you generate is enormous. I'm glad I found this epic youtube channel. Having recently watched this video, I got this question: What would be the best way to combine anaerobic exercise with aerobic exercise? On alternate days or combining both types of exercises on the same training day? This could be explained as follows: Option A) Monday, Wednesday and Friday >>> weight training // Tuesday and Friday >>> jogging Option B) A little of both every day, dividing the training time into two parts Thanks a lot!
Very good video am training for special forces, is alot of swimming push up , running and weight. Bit I eat good this will keep me In a balance and is progressively until I become better
Found this video helpful and genuine enough. But I have one question “ I am not taking any supplement except one that is Creatine” Should i stop creatine or it is not linked to hair loss?
Great explanation, as usual, thank you for all the videos! Is a person, with a predisposition baldness, who is taking Finasteride on a regular basis, less likely (or no likely at all) to be affected by hard intensity training (anaerobic exercises)?
There is no answer for this question that is true for everyone. All people have different metabolic responses. We need to see this for ourselves by experimenting and what suits our milieu interior. Thanks for watching my vidoes.

Hello doctor, your videos are my point of reference when it comes to hair loss. These videos are gold for people with this problem. I did an HT more then 6 months ago. For the first 2/3 months I didn’t do any exercise, maybe at the end of the second month some walk/run. Now it’s been 2 months that I’m lifting weight without using whey supplements and creatin. I’m just using gmo free, lab controlled, bio - gmp/iso certified vegan protein. All natural ingredients, no added bcaa or creatin. I also walk quite a lot, 5 days a week (min 3km) and sometimes I also do cycling (6 to 12km). I use everyday before going to sleep Finasteride. My two questions are: Is the supplement that I’m taking good and safe to use? Is enough to walk and cycle in that amount to compensate my anaerobic exercise? If not should I increase? I think answer to this question will help many people. Thank you a lot in advance doctor

Heavy exercises in Gym increases DHT & don't forget Cortisol too. Ofcourse it leads to hair loss. I have experienced it myself. Also Creatine causes hair loss. Quick burst of energy of anaerobic exercises is not good for hair. I personally love aerobic exercises or sometimessmall & slow set of anaerobic exercises

Hello! Thank you for sharing your experience, and I completely understand how concerning it must be to notice hair shedding at your age. It’s a sentiment I encounter regularly, and I assure you, you’re not alone in feeling the way you do. Your experience of hair fall tied to gym activities and lifestyle changes is quite insightful. To put your mind at ease, I’d like to explain why hair fall may coincide with gym workouts and provide some guidance on managing it sustainably. When we engage in intense physical activity, especially if it’s a new routine or a sudden increase in workout intensity, the body can perceive it as a form of stress. This “shock” can lead to a type of temporary hair loss called Telogen Effluvium. It doesn’t mean the hair is gone permanently; rather, it’s a shift in the hair growth cycle where more hair strands move from the active (anagen) phase into the resting (telogen) phase, causing increased shedding. In most cases, if the stressor (like sudden changes in physical activity) is managed, hair growth can gradually return to its natural rhythm within a few months. During the previous episode, it seems that adjusting to a balanced diet, rest, and a calm environment helped reverse the shedding, suggesting that your hair may be sensitive to lifestyle changes. You mentioned a family history of hair loss on your paternal side. Genetics plays a significant role in hair health, especially in male pattern baldness (androgenetic alopecia). This genetic sensitivity makes hair follicles more susceptible to hormonal changes that can be aggravated by lifestyle stressors. While gym activities themselves don’t directly cause genetic hair loss, the associated testosterone boost can, in genetically predisposed individuals, influence hair shedding. As you discovered, a nutrient-rich diet, good sleep hygiene, and a stress-free environment can have a significant positive impact on hair health. During workouts, our body demands more nutrients to recover and rebuild, and any deficiency, especially in proteins, iron, biotin, zinc, and vitamin D, can reflect on hair health. Ensuring that your diet compensates for this increased demand can help protect your hair. Here are some guidelines to balance gym workouts with hair health: Gradual Intensity Increase: If you’re rejoining the gym after a break, try to increase the intensity gradually rather than jumping straight into a high-intensity regimen. Anaerobic exercise: Excessive anaerobic exercises are not good for the hair if you carry the baldness gene. Balanced Nutrition: As you rightly identified, a well-rounded diet is crucial. Prioritize high-quality protein, iron, omega-3s, and antioxidants to counteract any potential nutritional gaps. Whey protein and isolates are a huge no-no Scalp Care and Hygiene: Post-workout scalp care is essential, especially if sweating heavily during exercise. Keeping the scalp clean can prevent issues like dandruff or buildup that might contribute to hair shedding. Monitor and Adjust: Track any shedding you notice. If it becomes significant, consider consulting a hair specialist to assess for any other contributing factors, like early androgenetic alopecia, which can often be managed well if addressed early. Given the family history, it’s wise to stay observant. If you notice any pattern or specific areas thinning over time, early intervention can make a profound difference. Modern treatments can help manage genetic hair loss effectively if started in the early stages. I will end here by underlining that our hair’s response to life changes - from gym routines to diet - shows how interconnected hair health is with overall lifestyle and genetics. Continue prioritizing balanced health habits, and remember that temporary shedding in response to stress or changes is quite common. If concerns persist, a consultation could clarify whether any early genetic signs might benefit from preventive measures. Stay motivated in the gym, keep taking care of yourself holistically, and feel free to reach out anytime if you have more questions. Here’s to balanced health and a happy scalp! Warm regards!

By taking Finasteride to battle my existing androgenetic Alopecia (temples and diffused thinning that slowly developed the past 12 years. I am 27 now.) , Can Finasteride also allow me to do more weight/resistance training?
Sad to learn about this information. I am both an enthusiastic body-builder and someone predisposed to genetic hairloss. In the last six months, I've been doing rigorous weight lifting along with taking whey protein isolate. Have gained decent muscle mass, but also have lost a lot of hair in very quick succession. Panicked and switched to plant-based protein, but of no help. Now no supplements at all and fulfilling the daily protein requirement naturally. Still no respite. Also, been taking Finasteride for the past 5 years, and it seems ineffective now. Been applying Minoxidil for a year now, but that also does not seem to be doing anything ever since I started working out heavily. People like me can never build a muscular physique without losing head hair :(
@DOCFIT_09 Hey. Pretty bad. I changed the city, and the hair loss is at its peak, even though I wasn't working out for many months. No supplements at all.
@@rohanchopra1539 you can try oral minoxidil 2.5 mg daily and can increase it to 5mg if you do not face any side effects. Better to consult with any dermatologist!
Hello Sir, great content! If I am taking finasteride 3 times a week and also lifting weights will that prevent further hair loss? In short if one is on finasteride is it ok to lift weights without worrying about losing hair? Thank You in Advance!
Hi doctor, can you clear my doubt. When I joined gym I also witnessed drastic hairfall but in my family both of my parents are above 50 and still have head full of hair just slight rescission. So I wanna know can I join gym again because of I want to do HIIT workout or shouldn't
Doctor, you mentioned that anaerobic exercise causes a boost in testosterone, which can convert into dht and accelerate hair loss in those susceptible to it. What if you are already on a 5ar inhibitor like finasteride or dutasteride? Theoretically the increase in testosterone should not matter much right? This is assuming that no extra supplements/hormones are consumed. My understanding is that the finasteride/dutasteride will prevent the testosterone from converting into dht and harming the hair. Thanks
Doctor, I recently got my hair transplant done. I started working out after 3 months of the procedure. Can I do anaerobic excercises 3 times a week( weight training) and also cardio 2 times a week( tredmill, cycling) without supplements. I add panner, eggs, lentils in my diet. No supplements. Will it affect my hair? Kinldy need your help to understand.
Ok, so I'm a bodybuilder, But I'm completely natural and have never put anything in my body except for creatine monohydrate. I have regular male patterned baldness and I am a grade 5-6 Norwood at 45.5 years old. I'm obviously going to consult with my doctor soon, but do you think that most likely 1 mg of finasteride and 5 mg of minoxidil will stop me progressing any further until I can get a transplant and hopefully 9-12 months or is that dosage of finasteride too low for someone that's progressing the into a six Norwood?
The problem with this advice is that I want to exclusively focus on anaerobic excersize and cannot do much aerobic. Reason being that I play indoor football which is extremely anearobic. On top of that I go the to gym to stay healthy and look better and that is also anaerobic. At the same time I do have male pattern baldness and I'm already on finasteride. Do I just increase my dosage since I'm increasing my testosterone levels from excersizing so much?
@@hairtransplantinindia I'm 28 and still fairly early in the balding process (norwoord 2, I think?). I also lost my regrowth but at least my hair is stable on this dosage so I'm happy for that.

Will the hair fallen grow back after 3 months or so 2 what’s ur advice on vegan protein power .
I will not be able to say whether hair will grow back or not since I have only textual conversation with you. No images! As far as supplements go even vegan ones, you will need to see for yourself. But if you have the cover of oral Finasteride it should be fine.
I am slightly skinny, so I am thinking of starting weight lifting to gain some healthy weight. Does this hairloss affect women too? Please answer me, and thank you!
Hi doc , Am 18 and suffer from androgenetic alopecia ,I have started going to gym from 3 months . I do cardio for almost 15 -20 minutes, abs and fat loss for almost 20 -30 minutes and strength and weight training for almost 1 hr i.e total 2 hrs workout. My hair loss situation hasn't improved and am afraid after watching this video that will it deteriorate my current hair loss situation . I really want to improve my physique but with only cardio and no weight training my muscles wont grow and only my fat will loose but I want to do body recomposition.
Dr. if hair already lost due to anerobic concept as you said but if we have done hairtransplant will it get results? And if it gets results again could I able to do gym?
For those who are confused, here's what i did to stop my hair fall due to gym I reduced my intense gym sessions from 5 day a week to 3 days a week with lighter weight and reps, was able to maintain weight and did loose muscles Focused on balanced diet, my family literally call me a madman fir sticking to my die, eat protein, vitamin d,c,b12 rich foods by involving both plant and animal based sources, try to get you food from a good vendor For protein i restricted my consumption to only 50gm a day. Trust me it's sufficient I do yoga sessions 3 times a week and do handstand and head stand a lot Light massaging of my hair everyday before bed (2-3 min very light massage) Thats pretty much it Enjoy
This is temporary most likely. Intense weight loss at once is not advised as you miss a lot of protein ans micronutrients which causes hair problems. Increase healthy protein intake, zinc, magnesium and vitamin D

It is likely you do not have the baldness gene. In such cases supplements do not cause hair loss. Hit the gym with supplements and see for yourself and let us know here.
Great video. Very detailed. I have 2 questions. I take Dutasteride daily and use PH balanced shampoos. The top of my head is all transplanted hair which should be DHT resistant correct? Is my hair loss risk minimized even though I weight train?
It all depends upon how permanent your scalpdonor is from where the grafts have been harvested. It may look permanent at the time of procedure but in some itgets miniaturised with time. If you do not have the cover of a DHT blocker, over time in such situations the transplanted hairs too will thin, esp. when you are on TRT and doing a lot of anaerobic exercises.
@@hairtransplantinindia Thank you for your quick response. I am on Dutasteride .5mg and Biotin supplements. I am not on TRT but I do anaerobic exercises.
Thank you, sir, for your dedication and hard work. I've been taking dutasteride 0.5mg for about 1 year and 2 months. The results are amazing. Also, Will dutasteride stop my muscle gain? Thank you in advance.
Thank you for being on the Channel. Dutasteride is a strong DHT blocker. You can go to the gym but alternate anaerobic exercises with aerobic ones. Do more outdoor exercises like running, cycling and swimming. Since it does not block all DHT it will not stop muscle gain.

Sir,when I exercise I sweat alot and there's a build up of sweat in my hair,is this harmful? Should I take a shower everytime after I exercise. Thanks a ton in advance!
Sweat is your own bodily fluid and not harmful. You can have a shower after strenuous exercise to maintain hygiene but shampoo only on alternate days please.
It seems that sweat damages my hair and makes it feel finer, so I always rinse my head with cold water if i had a heavy sweat session, and it seems to maintain the volume. I also wonder if there is some benefit to rinse the scalp with cold water, maybe it gives a temporary blood flow boost.

Thanks for watching the video and commenting. I am glad you liked it!
did you have hairloss after you started taking vitamins?
@@Pulga232 No, my hair loss started when I began to lift weight three years ago, then the whey, creatine, BCAA and other supplements like vitamins just made it worst. To be frank, one would get by with just 2-3 meals a day in modern society, you don't need that much vitamins, even for casual gym goers (professional athletes might be on another level and thus demand more nutrient intake), my replenishment simply compounded the thinning.

hi, hav eu got male pattern baldness and if yes how do u able to stop it. As i joined gym ifeel my hairloss is increasing and I am genetically disposed to male pattern baldness, plz help
I've been doing gym workouts for the past 2 months and these are the positive impacts on my health:
1. Reduction in stress levels at significant level
2. In my crown area, I'm seeing a regrowth on a bald patch, with a swirl shape forming with miniature, but healthier hair
3. Significant drop in falling of hair strands
4. Thicker hair
5. Weight loss ofc
6.have regained a lot of confidence from my hair and posture improvement
Also, along with healthier lifestyle options ( like a balanced sleep cycle, lots of fibrous and green food items, drop in intake of processed/refined food, walking 1-2km daily with my dog), I'm also using minoxidil+finastride, ashwagandha, green tea...applying hair oil 1/2 times a week, regular champi by a barber using indigenous mustard oil. Those are some options I've adopted in my life and they're definitely reaping great results
Healthy lifestyles will always make a difference.

If your baldness is not stable yet, you should not risk taking any form of packaged supplements. You are doing enough aerobic exercise.

Here are some guidelines to balance gym workouts with hair health:
Gradual Intensity Increase: If you’re rejoining the gym after a break, try to increase the intensity gradually rather than jumping straight into a high-intensity regimen.
Whey protein and isolates are a huge no-no
Scalp Care and Hygiene: Post-workout scalp care is essential, especially if sweating heavily during exercise.
@ thank you doctor means a lot for me and for the boy’s who are struggling in their young age , by observing your comment i came in to a conclusion that iam planning to shift my gym workout into ( cycling ) for lower body and body weight workout’s for upper body to manintain both hair and a good physique together 🤍🤗

By taking Finasteride to battle my existing androgenetic Alopecia (temples and diffused thinning that slowly developed the past 12 years. I am 27 now.) , Can Finasteride also allow me to do more weight/resistance training?
If you have androgenetic alopecia and you do anaerobic exercises oral Finasteride is protective to an extent.

How your hair now
Doctor, you mentioned that anaerobic exercise causes a boost in testosterone, which can convert into dht and accelerate hair loss in those susceptible to it. Thanks
Yes there is some protection with DHT blockers. But not always.

For protein i restricted my consumption to only 50gm a day. Trust me it's sufficient
I do yoga sessions 3 times a week and do handstand and head stand a lot
Light massaging of my hair everyday before bed (2-3 min very light massage)
Thats pretty much it

Can I continue working out with those 10kgs dumbbells daily ?
Thanks
That should not be a problem.
@@hairtransplantinindia so , Can I go gym working out with medium weight resistance training and doing some aerobic activities ?
You will have to monitor this yourself. How much causes hair loss. @@sagarbadiger5554
sorry for the inconvenience I'm an Italian fan I watch all your videos and find them very interesting. I have a question:
who suffer from hair loss not using finasteride but only monoxidil 5% can I damage my hair with training?Does the fall relate to excessive exercise or basic anaerobic exercise? Thank you for your response doctor.
Tanks for being on my channel. I appreciate your comment. Only excessive anaerobic activity will do damage to hair and that too if you have the baldness gene. Not otherwise. Finasteride will provide an umbrella of safety in those who suffer from male pattern baldness and do severe anaerobic exercises.
@@hairtransplantinindia Thank you for the answer given by a professional like yourself, but let me ask you what you mean by excessive anaerobic exercise.
thank you doctor and excuse me again but speaking is the fear of a guy who wants to keep fit and keep his hair, what could be done for both of us?
@@Lukawakii Thanks for asking. Long spells of exercise in which you remain out of breath as explained in the video are anaerobic exercises inimical to hai in those with genetic predilection for baldness..
@@hairtransplantinindia so the key is to divide anaerobic exercise with aerobic exercise to have both body and hair healthy without falling out. But what if I notice a fall after exercising?
@@Lukawakii You need to see what is more important to you and effect a change by either decreasing exercise,, or taking Finasteride alongwith or ignore the hairloss if the body is more important.
Gr8 info sir. sir i am going through hereditary baldness so using minoxidil and dutrastride will still cause hair fall in my hair strength havey workout? And plz tell can i take plant protein or whey concerntrate protein supplement. Pls reply sir🙏🏼🙏🏼

Whey protein is a big NO if you are young and carry the baldness gene. With Finasteride, you can use plant based protein supplements.
Hello doctor
Can you please suggest good example of dht blocking shampoo. I have been using Rogain(5% minoxidil)for last 4 months as my hair from the top head is falling..Plzz suggest to stop hair fall..Thanks
You need to be on a DHT blocker. DHT shampoo has very little ant DHT properties. These have effects that are not clinically significant. They are just commercial products.

Will the sweat take minoxidil out of scalp?

You should. Just refrain from whey and other supplements and do less of anaerobic exercises
Thank you for this fantastic video Dr. I have a doubt about swimming. What do you think of the use of the swimming cap? Can increase the hair loss?
The cap is better than the chlorinated swimming pool water as far as hair loss is concerned.
Can i take finasteride if am predisposed to genetic hairloss and do unaerobic exercise at the same time?
Will my DHT levels be controlled and develop good physic at the same time?
Yes you can try and see if 0.5 mg a day works.Otherwise you may have to consult a doctor.

Hey doc I’ve noticed that my hair has thinned and some male pattern due to lifting heavy as you said some people are deferent they don’t lose hair from lifting after watching I’m pretty sure I’m those people who do from lifting so much due to stress . So my question is do I completely stop lifting ? Because I’m a skinny guy looking to bulk up . Also I’m wondering is it to late to regrow my hair ? I’m 22 years old
You should get evaluated for testosterone levels and then be initiated on Oral DHT blocker. You will be fine if you continue to do excessive weight lifting. Bt remember to alternate between aerobic and anaerobic exercises.
Hello sir, while checking the comments i saw a comment asking about if calisthenics cause balding and you answered by saying "if they have a balding gene essesive exercicing does have an effect"
-So in my case i am 16 and some of my fathers family members(including my father) has some balding gene as he started showing balding patterns after 30. I wanted to start calisthenics but scared as i dont know how much is essesive training.
Hopefully you can help.
Sorry for bad english.
Correction- it is 'excessive exercising' . Typing while in the car does make written English look worse! But when it is not your mother tongue, you could ignore the mistake!
@@hairtransplantinindia oh hehe sorry English isn't my main language
The thing is i do have a problem with hair loss but i think its because of my bad sleeping schedule
-I want to start calisthenics but scared that it would affect my hair
So how much is "excessive"? :D
@@nikkibologna4388 That cannot be quantified across the board but an average person should not exceed 30mins and should thereafter take a break or do aerobic exercises.
@@hairtransplantinindia oh ok thanks your so much
You mention that "too much Vitamin A can increase hair loss" -- does this include any topical retinols or retinoids we apply either to our face or to our hairline to improve minoxidil absorption?
Yes it does.
Thank you,@@hairtransplantinindia.
Then why do so many doctors recommend applying, for example, tretinoin to the hairline to aide minoxidil absorption? (Are the blatantly ignoring any studies?)
Also, do you have any studies that show applying retinoids to the face causes hair loss? (Wouldn't this be okay if it is only used every other day?)
Thank you in advance for any insight you can provide.
My talks are all from experience of 20 years treating hair loss and doing hair transplants. Studies in a commercial field like hair loss where companies are competing to seek bigger profits do not appeal to me. Just look around and dig out any 10 papers from 5 years ago, Why have these treatments fallen flat even when they were said to be so effective by so called research scientists? @@Milwaukee_Woman
Thank you for the comment@@hairtransplantinindia!
Hello sir 🙂,
I have a doubt can you pls clear that??.
I started home workout since November 2022 along with my Jee preparation(I am 17 year old),
But I didn't take any protein supplement now after 2 months I found that my hair become so thin and unable to stay properly on my head..
I have little hair loss but it haven't affected my hair line(unnoticeable) . [My genes are good, my dad is 55 and he haven't loss his hair yet]
As per my research I found that this is temporary and regrowth of hair will occur . Is it true??
My question is that if i stop that home workout for a while and strat eating good meal can I stop that thinning of hair?? 😕😕
Can I get that thick hair again without any medicine 🙁🙁??
Excessive anaerobic exercise which is not interspersed with aerobic exercise can trigger baldness if you have the gene. I would advise you to go slow. Also the gene of baldness most times comes from the male side of your mother's side.
@@hairtransplantinindia thanks a lot sir..
Now I have stopped the workout for a while ..
And i have shaved my head, I can see the changes...
Your explanation is to good
@@Sumit_Girhe Thanks
....but what about collogen powder?
sir what is the cause, of hair thinning and itchy scalp while in contact to heat and sweat... ?????And Sir I don't take any supplements whey protein and all...
Bad hygiene- not scrubbing your scalp well.
Kya gym karke dht level ko reduce ya balance kar sakte hai kya? Or kya gym karke severe hairfall reduce kar sakte hai??
Only with Finasteride.
sir I wanna tell y that I have been using fin 1 mg since 5 year daily and just 2 - 3 days ago I recently visited doc and he advised 1mg fin + 1.5 mg min ( i am on grade 3 MPB) ! So should I continue with 1.5 mg daily or should start taking 2 .5 mg daily as I have gone through your various video through which I assume that 1.5 is too low and Max you advice taking 2.5 daily ? So what's you advice on this sir !
Also sir - I don't have any high blood pressure problem till now never , but my father has high blood pressure (not have any problem just in some report it was know) so this will not affect me n, since I personally don't have any history of BP !! Kindy reply sir

Splendid video Doctor.I used to do Headstand even before Hair transplant. Now, I underwent Hair transplant a month ago.Could you please advise me,When can I do Headstand ?

Thank you very much Doctor ❤
For a pcos and hormonal imbalance patient, what do you suggest for extreme hairfall? The hair fall from roots causing badlness. I had heavy hair but now too dry, bald head and very thin hair. Almost all have fallen up
Your doctor may suggest oral Finasteride alongwith oral minoxidil or topical Minoxidil. May would supplement this regimen with spironolactone
Sir can I regain my thinning hair by aerobic exercises ,I hv a baldness gene also..
They will get better since exercise reduces stress. But whether you will regain lost - that is not possible. Consider Oral Finasteride.
Hi Dr.
When do expect foreigners will be allowed to travel to India for hair transplant?
I do not see this coming before end March.
Is it true that too much Vitamin A causes hair loss? What are the studies that support that?
Yes due to disruption of the hair cycle following increased sebum production and resulting perifollicular inflammation that follows .
@@hairtransplantinindia thanks doc! Much appreciated!
But, is there a way that exercise and eating healthy can overcome bad genetic hair loss?
Can minimise effect surely but not prevent it from happening.
Sir, what if we do aerobic exercise and light weight strength training exercise or body weight exercise like calisthenics
And taking nutritious food without any supplements , will it increase my hair loss if i am genetically exposed to hair loss
No it will not increase hair fall
I need an answer, is punching s bag an aerobic, i am not experiencing hair loss but i want to stick to cardio and even help my hair.
Anaerobic exercises are like sprinting and other high intensity training programs. Yes punch boxing can be if it is strenuous. Otherwise it is aerobic.
Hi, Dr. So, I have a question. If I take DHT-reducing meds like Finasteride or minoxidil, will it decrease my gains from aerobic exercises? Why I asked is because weight exercises increase testosterone whereas final decrease testosterone. TY!
Finasteride does not block 100% DHT. Your apprehension would be true if you were talking of Dutasteride which blocks almost all of DHT.
@@hairtransplantinindia Thanks!! Wanted to know that.
Hi doctor , i have heard that scalp massaging will improve vasodilation and will help oxygen flow and will improve hair count and will help to maintain our existing hair , is it really true.?
Not that beneficial. But good for relaxation.
@@hairtransplantinindia Thank you so much for replying!
@@hairtransplantinindia Good day doctor. Is it good to use shampoo only once a week and a conditioner everyday?
@@SadBheeseChurger Alternate days is fine if the shampoo is mild.
It seems that sweat damages my hair and makes it feel finer, so I always rinse my head with cold water if i had a heavy sweat session, and it seems to maintain the volume. I also wonder if there is some benefit to rinse the scalp with cold water, maybe it gives a temporary blood flow boost.
