Can we get her to 500k, coz she has been saving us and inspiring us to do more styles with our hair and i'm loving this 😘😘 Update: Did this style 2 weeks back and it came out beautifully, the compliments were great 😆😆 but wash day is here now
My mom has been doing this from my hair since primary which I started in 2004 and she's been doing it to her hair for longer she's 58. It's an ancient hairstyle here in Botswana.
Ok. I got it now. I was tucking the wrong end of the thread under the twisted hair. Whew, Adanna. I am soooo glad that you leave this videos up for reference. My child's hair was effed up the first time I tried it. She cried. I got it now. 😂😂
I'm Zimbabwean, we've been doing this hairstyle for a long time (not saying we came up with it). I remember having it done when I was 8 years old, so you can imagine that it's been around for a while.
I am 42 and when I was young we had a mashona lady who used to to this and we'd pay cause her styles were the coolest. In those days mesh was very expensive .
Sorry if someone else already mentioned this, but there are plastic yarn needles that one can buy at a craft store or fabric store. For example, in the USA, Michaels has them for 99 cents and Jo-Ann Stores has them for $1.99.
Never learnt to do the flat twist. But I'm a pro at cornrows... Made a detailed video on my channel. Will definitely try now that you've showed how. Thanks Adanna
HomeBody with Forlisa whew can imagine but keep trying. I did a cornrow tutorial on my channel. It's very detailed I hope you check it and hopefully it helps.
I really love your natural hair styles ,But mostly I really would love to see how u apply your make up to.I have learned alot from your hair tutorial. YOU R AWESOME $$$$
Aww, you took me down memory lane... 🙂My mom used to do this on my hair when I was a child... This and threading buns (i.e. mabuns) were common hair styles in Zim when I was growing up...
I guess I can do this cause my mother does hair but she doesn't want to plait me ...you're a life saver baby. .I won't be beg her anymore. ..this week I tried bantu knots and I killed it and she was amazed so I'm going to try all of your hair tutorials ..thank you baby .
Hello wow your hair really grew alot I'm loving the way you show us how to do natural hair styles I have locks so I'm learning different ways to style my own thank you for all you do ❤️
You always do such a beautiful job on your hair! I have a friend from Nigeria and she was trying to explain to me about using thread for hair. I didn't understand what she meant until I saw this! Im going to have to try it! Thanks for sharing!!!
Wow.....just looking at how you were doing it alone, I just said to my self "hmm can I even do this one" Lolz And I took my cornrows down today about to wash it. Even though I can't do this style...I still like the video
This is next level my friend and I love this look. Simple, quick, easy and elegant for even a wedding or nice enough for the workplace! Hands down nice hairstyle. Ty queen.
I'm really loving this style so simple and cute, I don't have access to any yarn yet but I'll be sure to get some because lately, all these yarn styles are winning.
I tried this last night. It definitely works and I can't wait to do it again, but I had to take the braids out as soon as I sewed them in because it looked frizzy. I have to get some gel like you have. Thank you for posting the detailed tutorial!
Sooo cute. My hair is super thin in the front/top so I dont think I can rock this but I'm loving the simplicity and how quickly you can get it done...great content as usual Miss A...🙂
Stacy Mbalizi don't mind them. Someone gave a thumbs down on my channel too on a cornrow video I made, the person didn't even watch the video🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
No maybe they just didnt understand. Everything is not about jealousy! If you like it good, if another person doesn't oh well. Least of her concern, and should therefore be the least of your concern!
Hi, Very well done 👍 You look so pretty in this hair style. Thanks for sharing, I'am going to try this style. Enjoy the rest of your day. And stay safe.
Goodmorinniinnngggggg beauties 🌹; would you try this flat twist method? 🙋🏾♀️
