Décembre 2020. Oh remember ! Oh please don't change Rob Smith and The CURE. We still love you. Friendly from France where you are always welcome of course ❣🖤💋🖤💋
Me encanta esta versión. Yo creo que es de las mejores que he escuchado, sobre todo porque que se escucha el bajo, y esa es la esencia de esta canción.
. . . innocence of sleeping children. . . this is such a stunning song. . . and it just thunders along like a runaway locomotive scraping the tracks. . . and the flanging !!! love it !!!
@@jmj321 That’s really cool! Do you have some of the other hard to find piece of this tape? I’ve never seen the performance of Siamese twins at this show anywhere online but apparently they did play it live here. Pretty sure it’s the only missing piece of this show
Original 1981 recording was done with 2 Precision Basses. Smith himself said the VI was only used on stage. Only the original solo was played with the VI, the rest was a second Precision.
The best use of a flanger pedal of all time. Absolutely brilliant!
Stunning. Just drives it like a jackhammer. . .
And two basses
Unlike other live versions of Primary, this one is faithful to the record. I love it!
That's what I'm thinking too.

The song that made me fall in love with them so many years ago. ❤️
Despite the lower quality, I can still manage to see their adorable faces, one of the finest Cure tunes ever!
They were the best and even didn't knew it, what a performance, what a flow!!!
Brilliant! Those three boys pulling off this genius performance....!!!!
Thanks for the RUclips ‘s algorithm bringing me this awesome version ……
I remember this French tv show..!!
Forever love The CuRE
My favourite Cure song by miles, bought it when it came out, played it about a zillion times.
Primary is my favourite too!
YEEESSS ! WE STILL DO LOVE THE CURE ! TIMELESS BAND ! ROBERT SMITH IS A MUSICAL GENIUS
You win!!!!!!! One of the best things ever
Simon Gallup with a Ricky and Robert with the Bass VI, doesn't get much cooler than that!
Right!!?!? This is the best version they've ever done. The trio do it the best!
This is really remarkable because this song, and Siamese Twins, was never broadcast with the other Studio Devout set.
Justo cuando pensé que lo había visto todo, me encuentro con esta joya. Excelente versión!!! 🖤
Speed version ! Love it ! Still love The CURE and Robert Smith ! 2022
Broadcast on my 16th birthday !! Never grown tired of this song, it will always be brilliant.
Great, great, song and beat. I still play this on my Pandora work or home just about daily...late 70s and 80s Cure. The best!
La mejor versión en vivo que veo de esta canción.

Deep and Dark,Pure Cure sound.
Robert looks so cool here.
He looks cool everywhere
brillent the cure
That sound, son!
Really awesome. I thought the footage of this performance of primary was lost? Where did you find this if I may ask? Thank you!
Had it for years, from someone who taped and traded it. The footage isn't lost anyway, it exists in colour in the INA archives.

@@jagaz1239 No, I presume that wasn't broadcast so only 'might' exist in the INA archives?
@@jagaz1239 It's on RUclips in color if you never found it.
@@byrontownsel7274 could you link it?
Who dared to put a thumb down on that jewel!?!
Masterpiece
Love this!
Raw and perfect
Temazo...
Back when these bands had goals to be top.
Magistral
Love this song since soooo long. Nevertheless I always thought it was a bass duet but this version is guitar and bass.... so... playback?
That's a Fender six string bass Robert is playing.
Oui, oui, oui!!!!
Is playing the bass vi?
une de mes préférées
Almost a call response set up as he starts to sing. Trippy flutter in the notes.
How does Lol make this sound on his drum?
He uses a synare 3
follement....1 !
And? The double bass?
oh yeah, it's there...Robert's rocking the Fender Bass VI six string
@@indianrockrecords7649 you're right!
эта тема у меня в голове
Big balls to do that
Cure fan, but i never bought another Album after Disintegration to me that was the pinnacle of the Cure.
Bloodflowers is underrated, worth it, try for
That one thumbs down has No taste in music
Versione pazzesca da estasi
I can use the power of the Cure to wreck you with Ness:)
flangetastic
🤍🖤🤎🎸🎤🔊
I miss the other bass...
Sorry , what other bass?
ruclips.net/video/0xrZ61cuKLk/видео.html
GODPATTON , they never used 2 Precision Basses, it was only to shoot the video. They recorded Primary with a Fender Bass VI an a Fender P Bass
Original 1981 recording was done with 2 Precision Basses. Smith himself said the VI was only used on stage. Only the original solo was played with the VI, the rest was a second Precision.
Rickenbaker sound pretty good by the way....
disgustingly jangly bass vi tone
almost rattly!! awesome
