Hi Dave. Thanks for the great tips. It was really helpful.
I've just started about 1 month ago. Guests don't seem to be leaving reviews. Is there anything I can do which encourages guests to leave a review?
    Thank you

Reach out to them and say you're a new business and you'd really appreciate it if they'd leave you a 5 star review. Explain how important reviews are to new properties and that you'll offer them a 10% discount on any future stays if they book direct.

@@davecordnerairbnbcoach Thanks Dave. I do message them, but never thought of offering them an incentive. Going to try that going forward.
      Thanks for your help 👍

Thanks for your tips, they are helpfull. If you list 2 apartments as a group listing how to teilor automatic scheduled messages to particular apartment? Like the key box code is different for each apartment.

Thanks for watching! I don't believe in sending key safe codes in automated emails. The reason is that if a booking comes in that you are not happy with and need to cancel, the key safe code can be automatically sent to the guests before you have a chance to cancel it. This leaves you at risk.

Hi Dave. Would a group listing work for 2 different properties that are 5 mins walking distance from each other

We have done this. It does work but guests can get confused as there can only be 1 address on the listing.
