This weekend I just did a house wash using both the 12V pump and gas machine, I was 3 hours in and more than 3/4 done with the job. The wife comes out and exclaims that they are paying X$ for only 3 hours of work. I replied with, I’m not done yet and have you seen the process and all that I’ve had to do to get your house looking basically new again. We all know it ain’t always about the elbow grease we put into the work but it’s the knowledge as well. Thank you sir!
Hey Mike I just cleaned 2 roofs for a property management company. The home owners insurance sent drones to check on the properties. I took a bunch of before and after pictures. I normally do not rinse the roof but I did this time.
Not when the customer is about to lose their insurance over the fact. It's not our fault home owners dont know that their roofs need to be cleaned once in a while in order to prevent premature wear and tear. As a newer guy i've done a few 1400 roof cleanings

I live in south texas and 10% SH at home depot and lowes is $8/gal. Is that because i get my sh at home depot? Do you get your SH from a pool company in bulk for less? I spend more on SH than i make on a roof cleaning. Thank you in advance

I’m charging way too little? I clean metal roofs a lot. Way harder than asphalt shingle. My prices are going way up.

Think about it the growth is below the chimney, the block side limestone, and it only makes sense that it would be thicker below the chimney blocks

We buy from a local supplier in bulk, not from a big box store.
