Making a tutorial is one thing, whereas making a good tutorial that also includes additional useful information is really what is appreciated. This is one of the latter. Keep up the good work.

I have been working with Photoshop for years yet your videos often teach me how to do things in a more time-efficient way! For example, I didn't know about the trick with holding shift while using a brush. That will be useful in so many other cases as well. Also, the trick with feather and contrast is neat. Tips on these counterintuitive or concealed tricks are the most valuable.
Thank you for making your videos!

Hey JR. I have a couple of questions I wanted to ask you about.
When you work in Select & Mask window and you select the Refine edge brush tool the plus (add) and minus (subtract) icons are still active - do they do anything? is there any reason to use one or the other? Also when you use any of the three brushes : Quick selection tool, Refine edge or The brush you can make use of the well known keyboard Shift / Alt to add or subtract. I often mix the above mentioned use of Shift with the draw straight lines use of Shift. And the final question is about the practical use of Edge detection and Smart radius. Thank you so much.

Jesús suggests clicking, holding shift & clicking an another location to get a straight line. That works best when using a mouse. If you are using a tablet of some sort & the brush chosen is pressure sensitive the line will gradate from thick to thin but this doesn't happen when using a mouse.
