I have learned more about Photoshop in the past 8 minutes than I have while using Photoshop professionally for the past 5 years. Thank you, friend!
really?? you're a pretty bad professional then haha
I just started using ps last week and i know most of the techniques he used , im not saying that I'm better definitely not i barley know the basics but the thing is seriously you've been using photoshop for the last 5 years and dont know these techniques
Yeah I have to say I've been actively avoiding using masks but this guy has really made me feel like it's not as hard as I remember when I was using the books.
Mee too 🎩🤣
Lol did you open PS once a year for the past 5 years?
I've been using Photoshop for years, and I just wanna say that you've got some of the best videos on how to use it that I've ever seen. I like that you quickly and briefly explain different keyboard shortcuts without going off topic. And thank you, because I had no idea about clipping layers. I've been doing things like that the hard, complicated way all this time. That simple feature is going to save me a lot of time.
Omg! This is exactly what I needed for my editing. You explain so well and so professional, you are the best! Thank you so much!

Man, your videos always start like "okay, I know that, I know that too, okay that's familiar" and then midway through the video you hit with something unexpectedly genius to solve a known problem. Well played!
I want to commend you on how well your tutorials are structured and explained. Everything is succinct but also all-encompassing. Nobody on RUclips does it better.
Your spirit while instructing is amazing. I'm a self-leaner and at the beginning of the road of Photoshop. So far, I love this software and your videos helped me a lot. Thanks a ton!
I wish I was that excited when doing anything :)
Pablo Aguilar haha I thought the same thing.

I'm so grateful that you provide a summary of the steps. This is very thoughtful and an excellent way of teaching. It shows you take your viewers and students seriously. You're the best instructor of Photoshop on RUclips! Thanks
The thing that i love about this guy, is the he always recaps at the end of the video. That way the information is always imprinted and sumerized in my mind. Great work!

Your tutorials are the final word. I always end up searching and searching, and as soon as I get the terminology right, I find your video, get my quick answer and I'm done. Fine work, friend.
I've been using photoshop for years but never quite perfected this problem as there is no one to teach you how to fix these nuisances so it's always been frustrating. this tutorial is amazing and knocked out 5 things at once! everything mentioned should be something beginners should know about. thank you so much, you just saved me from a lot of trouble and time!
Great tutorial. Shows you CAN teach an old dog new tricks haha. I have used photoshop for years and never knew about the Select and Mask settings. Thanks, this will make future project a lot easier and way cleaner.

Really, really clear instructions...so far the best I have seen on YT...thank you!
You can adjust brush sizes even quicker by using the [ or ] , [ decreases. ] increases. Saves your fingers from over stretching and if you’re doing a large illustrative piece means you can put the keyboard out of the way more
What an incredible tutorial!! Extraordinarily clear explanation and totally not boring!! Thanks a lot for sharing!
This really helped upgrade my selection game. Thank you.

Thanks buddy. it was really helpful. :) cheers.
Very informational video straight to the point without all the 1-2 min introduction nonsense most people do nowadays. Thank you so much!
In every video the detailed explanation makes me understand the concept. And the quick summary, in the end, very powerful that concept sticks in the mind. You are always my SuperStart.
Damn this was helpful🤘🏽.
Dude you're sick . Keep up with the happy vibes. Great job!
Lol, not sick as in disgusting, Lily, sick as in awesome, it's a compliment. Obviously not a common term used where you are from.
Thank you so much for this clear description. I am a bit thick and am struggling with getting back to my selection only to allow this to be moved into a new background. So ones the smoothing has been completed I want to get back to the original selection which I can the use dragging into a new background image. Your video was so easily to follow but maybe completing this bit will help others who struggle with the creative side of photoshop.
Thank you for explaining everything and every keys that you use
How is he so professional and so sassy at the same time? I love it.
I haven't seen such a Great Video Tutorial on RUclips in my 3 Years of Experience 😮😘🙃
Best Photoshop Tutorial Ever on RUclips 👍👍👍
Great presenter. Really quick and straight to the point. Brilliant and enthusiastic tutorial.
Love the recap in the end. Thank you!
You can also use the pen tool to create clean straight lines around the object then convert the path to a selection. It is much quicker than using the brush or wand/quick selection tools.
I personally use the magnetic lasso for photoshop since its much easier than the pen and the wand.
THAT WASSS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEEEEED I have redline edge
Again: best PS tutorials online. Ever. Thanks, man!
I am in love!!! Omg that was just beautiful! Thank you!!! Saved sooo much time and looks sooo good
Ooooooh: marvellous. Hold shift to a straight line with the pencil. I love all the small tricks hidden in your videos.
My jaw dropped, I've been using PS for years and I never even knew that simple trick.
One of the shortest but most educating clip
You have a real talent for explaining things in a concise way. Thank you!

The bad pencil mask he used as an example is the most perfect result i can aim for when using Photoshop xD
thank you a lot bro you've helped me so much and so many times , big fan of your work
thanks for adding a quick Recap/summary to your teaching, so that the important parts are not missing 👍
Greetings. When i mask then select and mask, de background of the image comes back. Pls what can i do?
Thanks
You can refine your selection in the Properties panel of the Select And Mask workspace.
View Mode. From the View pop-up menu, choose On Black
I followed these steps but when I select smooth it doesn't do anything... Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Omg thank you so much for sharing these tips.
Thanks for this tutorial. I am pretty good with Photoshop but I had trouble with smooth edges. Your video showed me the way to get it done.
Your tutorials are helpful. But I can't see any changes when I moved smooth slider, or the feather and contrast. Can someone help please?
same
tbh it's wayyyy faster using the pen tool than going back and forth w the quick selection tool
True pen tool is way better
And then just finish it with the contrast or however he did in the video
In this easy case, yes. For complex selections with a lot of winding edges this way is faster. I think thats why he showed it.
SO HELPFUL! Thank you so much.
this video help me about controling frustation edge in selection picture. thank you so much!
