hey just a quick tip for you "when you are in active camera view, you can press shift + tilda key {`} to move your camera with WASD !" if makes your work more easier like the camera movements" 👌 hope you see it.

I’m talking about that dark, super clean, polished aesthetic where the people themselves have that glow, and everything feels so atmospheric. The lighting and overall vibe are incredible-would love a 1:1 breakdown of how to recreate that exact look!

Btw dude, quick tip... As in After Effects use empty to control the camera, it helps a lot in create smooth camera movements

Tom, which is the cheapest and simplest way to do 3d for exercise with muscle anatomy like Jeremy Ethier?
Probably the easiest is to just download a blender muscle model with bones and overlay that
