National HRO 500 fix the string drive from the band switch to harmonic generator for band change

Nothing worse than trying to string one of these dial strings for the first time in years and years.
Luckily the diagram was good.
The synth harmonic generator does not track the band switch well so there was some error in this stringing situation.
